Abstract

Good company wants good quality from its employees. Because good and quality employees will affect the level of performance in carrying out their work and achieving the goals of a company. To create quality employees, training is carried out both inside and outside the office, there are various reasons for conducting employee training, including newly recruited employees who often do not know and do not understand about the work being carried out, as well as the environmental changes that are happening at this time with the emergence of the virus. Covid-19 is sweeping the world. Not only Indonesia but all countries in the world, covid-19 has brought changes in the work system, education system and so on. This study explains the effect of on the job training on employee performance, the effect of off the job training on employee performance and this paper aims to provide an alternative other things that can be done in training and developing human resource management during the Covid19 pandemic. The method used is a qualitative method using a literature review approach. The result of this research is the training and development of human resources during the Covid19 pandemic Keywords: on the job training, off the job training and employee performance
