Abstract

Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang mempunyai risiko tinggi terutama pada tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi, tidak terkecuali dalam pekerjaan pelaksanaan konstruksi jalan dan jembatan. Risiko dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas, kinerja, kualitas dan biaya dari proyek. Dalam mengatasi risiko dibutuhkan manajemen risiko. Manajemen risiko merupakan proses pengukuran atau penilaian risiko serta pengembangan strategi pengelolaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dilakukan identifikasi risiko, analisis risiko dan respon risiko pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi jembatan. Berdasarkan identifikasi faktor risiko yang didapat dari studi literatur dan divalidasi oleh pakar diperoleh 69 faktor. Dilanjutkan analisa risiko dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sehingga faktor risiko tereduksi sebanyak 9 faktor dan analisa level risiko untuk mendapatkan risiko dominan, risiko dominan yang diperoleh terdapat 4 faktor dominan yaitu faktor risiko yang paling tinggi dengan bobot 11,657 adalah kondisi lokasi site yang sulit, selanjutnya kesalahan estimasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek dengan bobot 10,886, ketidaktersediaan material dengan bobot 10,657, dan keterlambatan pengiriman material dari suplier dengan bobot 10,400. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan validasi terhadap pakar pada keempat faktor dominan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner tahap ketiga ini seluruh pakar setuju dengan keempat faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi terhadap pelaksanaan konstruksi jembatan.Kata kunci: manajemen risiko, jembatan, risiko dominan

Abstract

High-rise Building construction projects can be said as high-risk projects, this is based on the construction process which usually takes a long time and is complex, so that it can cause uncertainties that create various risks. Risk is a combination of the probability of an event and the impact of that event. The impact of risks can affect productivity, quality and project cost budgets. The purpose of this study is to identify the risks that occur in the magnitude of the influence on building construction projects and analyze the risk responses that occur at building construction projects. In this research, risk analysis, risk identification and risk response carried out at two different building construction projects with two different contractors. Risk identification carried out by conducting a literature study, assessing the frequency / probability of risk and assessing the impact of risks using the Severity Index, identifying risks using the Probability Impact Matrix. From the results of the analysis it has been concluded that there is one risk variable that is included in the large category, the risk variable is the "estimated time error". The risk response discussed is to the estimated time error, design changes and changes in the schedule of work implementation. Large percentage of risk variables, which affect the performance or implementation of construction projects is the estimated time error of 67.8%, a change in design: of 23.9% and changes in the work implementation schedule of : 8.3%. Abstract

Inventory is one of the asset / investment in a company that can be either raw materials, work in process, and finished goods, the primary function is to ensure the smooth supply of goods demand mechanism according to the needs of customers/consumers. Companies often have problems of inventory, supplies of which the company a shortage of inventory which could disrupt the smooth implementation of production, so that these problems could make the company down. Therefore, inventory planning is needed to obtain minimum inventory costs. Material requirements planning is done using with the Lot sizing, using MRP method that begins with forecasting the master production schedule for the coming period of one year. Based on the pattern of data, forecasting techniques used trend line analysis model and exponential smoothing with trend adjustment model. By finding out the material requirement data, product structure and bill of materials, lead time and inventory costs for materials, we could make a comparison of the cost of inventory planning by using 2 lot sizing techniques, there are fixed order quantity (FOQ) and period order quantity (POQ). This method is applied in PT. X to supply raw materials ready mix concrete, and of the both methods were chosen methods that produce the most optimum cost. Based on the analysis, period order quantity (POQ) technique result the minimum total inventory cost is IDR. 112,705,080.96.
