Abstract

Satisfaction is something that is used in role models as a determinant of the success of a service program that involves the patient's expectations of officers to provide good and fair services and does not discriminate between patients, both users of public and public health care should be treated equally.  The purpose of this study was to determine a general description of the relationship between care of the BPJS care and public services to patient satisfaction.  The method used in journal collection uses Google Scholer and Mendeley 2015-2020 issues.  The literature review results on the relationship between nursing care services and public services to patient satisfaction.  This is based on the results of patient satisfaction where the satisfaction of patients using BPJs is lower than that of general patients.  This is evident from every journal available that shows that BPJS patient satisfaction is still low.  And there are differences between BPJs patients and general patients regarding the quality provided in services such as discriminatory treatment, convoluted registration process, and feeling not served according to standard procedures.

Abstract

Prevalensi mengonsumsi rokok pada remaja laki-laki yang menginjak usia 15 tahun ke atas masih tinggi dan perlu di cermati bahwa yang menyebabkan remaja laki-laki merokok salah satunya adalah mengikuti temannya dan pemikiran serta daya beli remaja tersebut mengenai pertimbangan yang di lakukannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui tingkat Consideration of Future Consequences dan daya beli dengan perilaku merokok pada remaja putra di SMK Al Gina Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian desktiptif dengan rancangan penelelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 190 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui hasil bahwa nilai uji chi square tentang consideration of future consequences dengan perilaku merokok adalah 0,085 > 0,05 dan daya beli dengan perilaku merokok 0,064 > 0,05. Kesimpulan dan saran dari penelitian ini Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat CFC dan daya beli tinggi dengan perilaku merokok. Diharapkan nantinya untuk memberikan pengarahan dan pengawasan pada seluruh siswanya berkaitan dengan consideration of future consequences yang beresiko seperti perilaku merokok.

Abstract

Public service is the task of public bodies carried out by government organizations, both at the center, territory, and state-owned enterprises (BUMN). The type of public service that is completed by public authorities is through the fulfillment of public health needs. Indonesia is a country where this development must be followed through high quality public health services. The type of public service facility coordinated by the public authority is the puskesmas. The purpose of the study was to find out whether there was a relationship between the Quality of Public Health Care Services to Improving the Quality of Nursing at the Mauk Health Center and to find out how the relationship between the Independent Functions of the Health Center Officers towards the Improvement of Nursing Quality at the Puskesmas. The research method is Cross-Sectional. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling based on data from the Mauk Health Center, Tangerang Regency in 2021, so that 65 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used is the Chi square test using SPSS 22. There is a relationship between service quality and improving the quality of nursing at the Puskesmas. The results of the chi-square statistical test of the relationship of the independent function of puskesmas officers (Variable X2) to improving the quality of nursing at the Mauk Health Center (Variable Y) obtained p value = 0.000 meaning p value alpha (0.005), so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and The alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, the conclusion is that there is a relationship between service quality and improving the quality of nursing at the Puskesmas.
