<![CDATA[This study aims to look at the contribution of peer social support to the self-acceptance of orphans or orphans in an orphanage. The research design used is quantitative collaboration. The population of this study were orphans or orphans at the Agam District orphanage, with incidental sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 52 people. This study uses a scale of peer social support and self-acceptance belonging to Widowati, with reliability of 0.941 and 0.909 respectively. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The R Square value obtained is 0.299. This means that peer social support contributes as much as 29.9% of selfacceptance. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.555 with a t value of 3.906 and a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) which indicates Ha is accepted, where there is a contribution of peer social support to the acceptance of orphans or orphans in the orphanage.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap penerimaan diri remaja yatim atau piatu di panti asuhan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah remaja yatim atau piatu di panti asuhan Kabupaten Agam, dengan teknik sampel incidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 52 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan penerimaan diri milik Widowati, dengan reliabilitas masing-masing yaitu 0,941 dan 0,909. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh yaitu 0,299. Hal ini berarti dukungan sosial teman sebaya berkontribusi sebanyak 29,9% terhadap penerimaan diri. Koefisien kolerasi yang didapatkan yaitu 0,555 dengan nilai t sebesar 3,906 dan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) yang menandakan Ha diterima, dimana terdapat kontribusi dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap penerimaan diri remaja yatim atau piatu di panti asuhan.]]>
