Abstract

This research aimed to i) create and analyze an assessment as learning on basic physics virtual practicum to measure the process and cognitive skills on online-learning, ii) analyze the implementation of the assessment as learning on basic physics virtual practicum to measure the process and cognitive skills on online-learning, and iii) analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of assessment as learning on basic physics virtual practicum to measure the process and cognitive skills on online-learning. This research used Research and Development (R and D) model with 4-D stages consisted of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The result of the research was a product of an assessment as learning, consisting of peer and self-assessment on virtual practicum of basic physic II on online learning. The product was valid based on an analysis of the Aiken formula and empirical study of the Rasch model. The result of the independent t-test sample towards the implementation of the product of assessment as learning, both peer and self-assessment was 0.160, which was higher than 0.5. The result showed that no significant differences occurred in the implementation of assessment as learning, both peer and self-assessment on the practicum of basic physics.

Abstract

Community empowerment through students' community service aimsto improve the community skill in producing science props from inorganicwaste materials by mentoring method as Trauma Healing media in sciencelearning. The subject of this community service was Kepuharjo, Cangkringanvillagers. The implementation of thiscommunity service was devided into fourstages ie; first university students designing and creating science props, secondthe designing and creating science props workshop for the community, thirdcreating science props by community with students mentoring, fourth displaying the science props that has been produced by the community. The display was held in two schools namely SMP Negeri 2 Cangkringan and SD Negeri Kepuharjo. The result shows thatthe community is able to create science props. Eight science props unitshad been tested in those schools. Based on students and teachers responses to the science props, they were satisfied. It is indicated that the science props made by community and used as Trauma Healing media in learning science were effective

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership styles and compensation for employees ' performance in UD Sinar Gemilang. This research data is derived from the method of presenting data from the response of respondents (questionnaires), as well as the results of other research that is relevant with the objects studied, in this case the primary data of UD Sinar Gemilang. The sample in the study was 35 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses a saturated sampling where sampling is used throughout the population. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 programs. The results of this research show that the style of leadership has no effect and is not significant to the employee's performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. While the simultaneous leadership and compensation styles have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Sinar Gemilang Nganjuk employees.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of inflation rate, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to stock prices of property services sector property and real estate. The study was conducted at IDIS Investment Gallery of UNISKA by using secondary data. The population in this study as many as 48 companies then set sample in this study as many as 7 companies Property and Real Estate listed on the BEI period 2014-2016 which has been selected using purposive sampling method by using several criteria in taking samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, then test multiple linier regression analysis and use hypothesis test consisting of coefficient of determination test, t-test test ( partially), F-test (collectively). The result of research stated that with regression equation that Y = 7,821,482-1,735,657X1 + 1,176,411X2 + 532,696X3 can be concluded partially inflation rate have negative and significant effect to stock price with t value equal to -2,429 and significance value <0, 05 equal to 0,027, debt to equity ratio partially positive and not significant to stock price with t value equal to 0,3999 and significance value> 0,05 equal to 0,695 and return on equity partially have positive and significant effect to share price with value t count of 4.257 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001. Together the rate of inflation, debt to equity ratio and return on equity effect on stock prices with F arithmetic of 8.160 and significance value <0.05 of 0.001.

Abstract

This research was conducted at automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the period 2015 - 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah. Sarana Tbk in 2015-2019 using the Du Pont System method and what factors affect differences in financial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using the du pont method. The data used in this research is the financial statement data of the companies PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for the last five years in 2015-2019. The results of the research that has been done show that the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk for five years, the authors can conclude that based on the average Return On Assets (ROA), the average Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the average Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), during 2015-2019 shows that PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, has a better financial performance than PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. As for the factors causing the decline in the value of TATO, NPM and ROA, namely the decrease in net income due to the influence of total costs and the company's ineffectiveness in managing existing assets, so that the profit resulting from the comparison of the value of net income to total assets is very small.

Abstract

To create the success of the work of an employee, a leader must take a management step so that organizational goals can be achieved. The work environment, in the organization is also very influential on improving the performance of employees. Motivation in terms of someone's personality that encourages the desire of individuals to carry out certain activities to achieve goal of self satisfaction. Training for employees is a process of teaching activities knowledge and expertise to improve, and develop work competencies. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are sampled, namely all employees of the Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Kediri Regency as many as 50 people. With technical analysis of validity, reliability, multiple regression, R2, test F test hypotheses, t test and classical assumption test normality, multicolinerity test, hereroskedasticity test. And linearity test. All analyzes were done with SPSS software. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant influence between work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This can be seen from the correlation value (R) of 0.899. 2) there is a significant influence between (X1) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the test t count (2,247) with a probability value (?) of 0.029 <0.05. 3) there is a significant influence between motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). This can be proven by the test results t count (2.408) with a probability value (?) of 0.020 <0.05. 4) there is a significant influence between training (X3) on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of tcount (2.184) with a probability value (?) of 0.034 <0.05.

Abstract

Dalam lanskap bisnis yang semakin cepat dan kompetitif, teknologi sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan dan menyederhanakan operasi bisnis. Dampak Pemberian Reward dan Herd Mentality Terhadap Kinerja Berbasis Teknologi Karyawan Depo Kontainer di Jakarta Utara adalah penelitian yang bertujuan mengonfirmasi pentingnya reward dan herd mentality bagi aspek bisnis di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengembangan kapabilitas kinerja karyawan informasi sebagai mekanisme penting dalam peningkatan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Kedua hal tersebut dianggap vital sebagai sumber daya utama perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu pengujian berbagai hipotesis yang dibangun dari model penelitian yang diusulkan menggunakan data melalui survei kuesioner. Validitas alat ukur dinyatakan valid, dan reliabilitas dengan hasil reliabel. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS Versi 25 untuk melihat signifikansi hubungan-hubungan dalam model penelitian yang diobservasi. Analisis data dinyatakan kontribusi secara parsial positif sedang namun pada uji serentak dengan kotribusi positif tinggi dan data dinyatakan normal, reward dan herd mentality memiliki pengaruh dan hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes in organizational management practices, especially in the management control (MC) system. This article aims to systematically examine the impact of digitalization on the functions, roles, and structures of MC through a multidisciplinary approach. Literature review. The study results show that digitalization drives significant transformation in MC, ranging from process automation and data-driven decision making to the shift in the role of management accountants as strategic partners. This article also identifies challenges in implementing digitalization, such as the need for technology investment, employee resistance, and data security risks. In addition, Simons's framework, Levers of Control, explains control dynamics in the context of digital organizations. This study emphasizes the importance of technology integration, human resource competency readiness, and adaptive control system design so organizations remain competitive in digital disruption. These findings are expected to be a conceptual reference in developing relevant MC policies and strategies in the future.

Abstract

Osteoartritis (OA) di lutut menyebabkan lebih banyak kecacatan dengan keluhan utama keterbatasan gerakan dan aktivitas. Keluhan lain dari OA lutut, seperti nyeri, kaku dan otot lemah.: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh resistance exercise dengan 3 dosis yang berbeda yaitu LRE (Low Resistance Exercise), MRE (Moderate Resistance Exercise) dan HRE (High Resistance Exercise) serta menentukan dosis yang paling efektif dalam manajemen terapi latihan penderita osteoarthritis lutut untuk menurunkan nyeri, meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional, meningkatkan kekuatan dan ketahanan otot.: Penelitian ini dilakukan di poli rehabilitasi medik RSUD Haji Pemprov Jawa Timur dengan responden penderita osteoarthritis lutut sejumlah 28 orang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian post test only controlled group design. Responden terbagi menjadi empat kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol, dan tiga kelompok perlakuan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian latihan resistance exercise berdasarkan diagram holten terbukti berpengaruh pada manajemen nyeri, kekuatan otot dan ketahanan otot pada penderita osteoarthritis lutut. Keluhan nyeri didapati pada dosis high lebih efektif untuk menunrunkan keluhan nyeri. Pada kekuatan otot didapati dosis latihan high berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot. Pada ketahanan otot didapati dosis latihan moderate berpengaruh secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan otot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Probability. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. The population in this study were all financial reports published on the company's official website for the period 2016-2023. The sample of this study was taken based on purposive sampling technique. In this study, the sample of the study was 32 financial reports. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that partially Leverage and Liquidity had a positive and significant effect of 0.000 <0.05 on Probability. Simultaneously Leverage and Liquidity had a positive and significant effect with an F value of 0.000 <0.05 on Probability at PT Akasha Wira International Tbk in 2016-2023. With a simultaneous determination coefficient of 60.4%. This study implies that the Leverage and Liquidity value factors greatly influence the Probability value.
