Abstract

This study aims to determine the consistency of the implementation of Mayor Regulation Number 6 of 2021 in Padangsidimpuan City concerning the Arrangement and Development of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets and Layouts in Padangsidimpuan City. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research by interviewing the local government regarding the regulations that have been issued and the implementation of these regulations. The results of the study show that so far the government has consistently implemented this rule as well as possible. It is shown that the granting of permits for the establishment of modern retail which is not in accordance with regulations, the government still does not grant permits to modern retail entrepreneurs. For example Alfamidi who is on Jl Imam Bonjol Padangsidimpuan. Then the role of the government in this case the Department of Cooperatives, MSME and Trade also urges through the regulation to modern retail entrepreneurs to: accept employees from the surrounding community, provide stalls for MSME in front of modern retail and accept MSME products to be marketed in modern retail.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab mempersiapkan peserta didiknya untuk menjadi anggota yang baik dalam masyarakat.Tanggung jawab perguruan tinggi tersebut tercakup dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Apabila Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi tersebut dikaitkan dengan kondisi masyarakat di desa Lumban Dolok, dari temuan peneliti, mayoritas masyarakat desa Lumban Dolok mempunyai simpanan di bank konvensional. Sosialisasi dan pemahaman tentang riba ditujukan agar masyarakat dapat menghindari riba dengan melakukan berbagai upaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum (legal research). Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis (social legal approach). Ada beberapa hal yang membuat masyarakat desa Lumban Dolok belum melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui bank syariah. Pertama adanya anggapan bahwa bank syariah sama saja dengan bank konvensional. Kedua mereka mengatakan bahwa pelayanan bank syariah belum maksimal, seperti kurangnya kantor cabang yang menghambat dalam kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam transaksi perbankan. Ketiga, belum adanya kesadaran penuh dan dorongan untuk berpindah ke keuangan syariah dari konvensional. Namun setelah dilakukannya program sosialisasi riba dan kaitannya dengan bank syariah masyarakat dapat mengetahui dan paham akan bahaya riba sehingga terdorong untuk bertransaksi yang sesuai syariat dan tergerak untuk bertransaksi di keuangan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of lottery prizes in Q.S Al-Maidah verse 90. This is related to the phenomenon of giving raffle prizes from producers to consumers as a marketing strategy to increase buying interest. The prize draw in question is by providing certain conditions for customers, such as having to purchase coupons or shopping for certain products or at a certain price to be able to get the lucky draw voucher/coupon. The research method used is qualitative analysis. By analyzing the lottery, including the words azlam (drawing fate with arrows) or maysir (gambling) contained in QS. Al-Maidah verse 90. From the results of research conducted by the authors, it is concluded that the lottery with prizes is categorized as haram if it contains the following elements: 1) Maysir (gambling) which is a lot of luck where consumers will be anxious to get big prizes in an easy way. 2) Tabdzir, namely using property for something that is not useful according to the provisions. 3) Gharar, namely the uncertainty of participants to get prizes in an activity that is not clear (of a deceptive nature) by the producer/service provider through the trick of promising gifts or bonuses. 4) Dharar, namely endangering other people as a result of a hidden gambling game that is misleading by giving a winning prize on top of the losses and losses suffered by other participants. 5) Ighra 'that is making empty dreams where consumers will naturally fantasize about expecting a tempting gift. As a result, it creates a lazy mentality to work because to get the prize, it is enough to wait for the announcement. 6) Israf, namely waste, where participants spend money beyond their reasonable needs.

Abstract

The theories used in this research are the theories put forward by Bimo Walgito which discusses the notion of perception, various perceptions, factors that influence perception, the characteristics of perception, the process of perception, understanding of security, types of security systems. network, security indicators, basic components of a security system, understanding of internet banking, benefits of internet banking, advantages of internet banking, and security of internet banking transactions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan class of 2017 and 2018 as many as 25 informantsThe results of this study regarding the perceptions of UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students about the security of internet banking services in Islamic banking transactions, the researchers conclude that the perceptions of UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students about internet banking services are very good where internet banking services are one of the banking services that allow customers to make transactions via the internet network. Because this service will really help students in making transactions such as checking balances, transferring money, paying tuition fees, buying credit vouchers and buying electricity tokens. Keywords: Perception, Security, Internet Banking Service

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pengusaha dali ni horbo melalui pelatihan dan seminar implementasi bauran pemasaran sebagai strategi pengembangan usaha dali ni horbo di Kabupaten Toba. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdiannini yaitu menggunakan metode pendekatan ABCD (AssettBased Communityy Development) yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan pengabdi kepada masyarakat secara langsung ke pengusaha dali ni horbo dengan mengamati, mewawancari serta melihat langsung pembuatan dan penjualan dali ni horbo. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Juli 2022 bertempat di Desa Silaen Kabupaten Toba Sumatera Utara dengan peserta pengabdian pengusaha dali ni horbo sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil pengabdian bahwa bauran pemasaran diterapkan dan dilaksanakan pengusaha dali ni horbo yaitu adanya perubahan produk yang memiliki daya tahan menjadi beberapa hari, kemudian perubahan kemasan yang lebih baik, produk dali ni horbo kini telah menjadi lebih lama serta adanya perubahan harga sebagai peningkatan pendapatan pengusaha dali ni horbo. Adapun kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan yaitu pengusaha dali ni horbo harus konsistensi pengusaha dali ni horbo dalam menjalankan bisnis dengan menerapkan bauran pemasaran yang telah dilakukan.This service aims to increase the income of dali ni horbo entrepreneurs through training and seminars on implementing the marketing mix as a dali ni horbo business development strategy in Toba Regency. The method used in this service is the ABCD (Assett-Based Community Development) approach, which is an approach taken by community workers directly to Dali Ni Horbo entrepreneurs by observing, interviewing, and seeing directly the manufacture and sale of Dali Ni Horbo. The community service was conducted on July 30, 2022, at Silaen Village, Toba Regency, North Sumatra, with 15 Dali Ni Horbo Entrepreneur Service participants. The result of the service is that the marketing mix is implemented and carried out by Dali Ni Horbo entrepreneurs, namely changes in products that have a shelf life of several days, then changes in better packaging, Dali Ni Horbo products are now longer, and there are price changes as an increase in the income of Dali Ni Horbo entrepreneurs horbo. The conclusion from the community service that has been done is that Dali ni Horbo entrepreneurs must be consistent with Dali Ni Horbo entrepreneurs in running a business by implementing the marketing mix that has been done.
