Abstract

Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Virus penyebab COVID-19 dinamakan Sars-CoV-2. Kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia hingga tanggal 30 April 2020 mencapai 10.118 kasus dengan kematian mencapai 792 jiwa. Provinsi kasus COVID-19 tertinggi yaitu DKI Jakarta mencapai 4.175 kasus dengan kematian 371 jiwa. Kota Depok merupakan kota dengan pasien COVID-19 pertama di Indonesia dan tren perkembangan infeksi COVID-19 di Kota Depok perhari terus meningkat, hingga tanggal 10 May 2020 terkonfirmasi mencapai 426 kasus dan kematian mencapai 24 jiwa. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian yaitu 107 sampel. Metode pegambilan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui sebaran angket dalam bentuk google form. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yaitu 52,3% memiliki persepsi bahwa implementasi pengendalian teknis di pelayanan kesehatan sudah sesuai, sebagian besar responden, yaitu 63,6% memiliki persespi bahwa implementasi pengendalian administratif di pelayanan kesehatan sudah sesuai, dan 55,1% memiliki persepsi sudah sesuai terhadap implementasi APD di pelayanan kesehatan. Bagi pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi secara konsisten sesuai dengan pedoman dan dilakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

MENLHK, 2021 Recorded that South Jakarta is the city with the highest waste generation with a total waste generation of 1,937.54 tons/day or the equivalent of 707,201.35 tons/year. In Cilandak District itself in 2022 the volume of organic waste processed from Cilandak District is between 300 and 700 kilograms per day (Folmer, 2022). This study aims to find out "Factors Associated with Household Waste Management Behavior in West Cilandak Village, Cilandak District in 2022." The research was conducted in January 2023 in West Cilandak Village. This study used a cross sectional study design. The population in this study was 150 housewives in Cilandak Barat Village. The sample for this study was 150 people who were selected using stratified random sampling. The data in this study used instruments, then analyzed using testsWho Square with α=0.05. The results showed that 42% of the 150 respondents who behaved badly, and there was a relationship with the education variable (p value = 0.004) knowledge (p value 0.003), attitude (p value = 0.001), and infrastructure (p value = 0.000) with household waste management behavior. There is no age relationship (p value = 0.725) with household waste management behavior. Factors related to household waste management behavior include education, knowledge, attitudes, and infrastructure. Meanwhile, age is not related to household waste management behavior. It is necessary to participate in good activities if the government organizes these activities in order to increase knowledge on waste management, especially for housewives who still have insufficient knowledge.

Abstract

The impact caused when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred resulted in learning program activities that had been implemented by schools in Indonesia using an online system. Therefore, this program was created to foster the development of effective teaching methods in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning by means of media-based learning. The government always renews the learning system through curricula that have been announced to various schools in Indonesia. Materially, students will get knowledge that is more flexible to follow the times, but many do not realize that children will feel bored and bored quickly in learning. This KKN program will develop innovations regarding learning using media such as using colorful cardboard, styrofoam, as well as several learning centers that are adjusted by the material to the media to be used. In addition, the system used in learning is a group consisting of 4 members, the aim is to build cohesiveness, socialization and a shared discussion space. Students are given the same task as given by the teacher, but the difference is using the media. Students are accompanied by members of KKN in carrying out the assigned tasks so that they understand and are directed in carrying out their duties. There are many students who are very active to find the right answer.

Abstract

Work Stress is a condition in which a person feels obstacles or demands related to what is expected and considered to be successful but not as expected. Increased work stress causes nurse must role in a manner maximum in serves patients, some symptom consequence stress includes laziness, experiencing change lust eating, and often sick head. So that could affect the performance of nurses. This research uses a cross-sectional research design. The sample used the total sampling method with a total sample of 69 respondents. The analysis was performed using the chi-square test. From 69 respondents work stress with the performance of nurses in the inpatient unit of Khidmat Sehat Afiat Hospital, Depok City, in the moderate stress level category there were 44 nurses with a percentage of 63.8% with poor nurse performance as many as 25 nurses with a percentage of 56.8% and nurses with good performance as many as 19 nurses with a percentage of 43.2%. The results of the Chi-square statistical test with Crostabulation using α = 0.05 found a p-value of 0.026, so it can be concluded that the p-value <α = 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between work stress and nurse performance. There is a Connection Between stress Work with Nurse Performance, listening indicator psychology, physical, and behavior as indicator measurement of work stress. Home it hurts more to notice condition stress nurse with given a chance to develop a career and education, as well as analyze the burden work nurse.

Abstract

The need for Human resources is needed to fill the positions needed by a health service facility for the scope of employees, medical personnel, leaders, and other workers. In getting qualified employees, the hospital will select applicants when the recruitment is complete. Selection itself is an activity of separating applicants into two parts between being accepted and not being accepted. This research aims to look at the description of the selection or recruitment process for human resources (HR) at Permata Pamulang Hospital in 2022. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews with informants about the views, beliefs, experiences, and knowledge of the informants' behavior regarding a matter as a whole. 3 informants in this study were key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. This research was conducted at Permata Pamulang Hospital from October 2022 to February 2023. The results of this study stated that recruitment planning would begin when a unit requested additional employees due to workload. After planning, Permata Pamulang Hospital will begin recruiting and selecting the desired human resources. Permata Pamulang Hospital conducts a selection of applications made by high-ranking officials such as HR, coordinators, and users from units that require new employees.

Abstract

Low back pain (LBP) is pain that is felt in the lower back area and originates in the spine, muscles, nerves, or other structures around the area. The prevalence rate of LBP in Indonesia in 2016 was 59.25%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of low back pain in daily workers at the BBPPT Kominfo Depok project.Quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The population is daily field workers with a total of 70 people and the sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection was carried out in January 2023. Data analysis used the chi-square test α = 0.05. From the study results, the p-value of each variable was obtained, namely: Age (p-value 0.071 meaning that there is no significant relationship between age and the incidence of LBP), Body Mass Index (BMI) (p-value 1.000 meaning there is no significant relationship between BMI with the incidence of LBP), Smoking Habit (p-value 0.044 means that there is a significant relationship between smoking habits and the incidence of LBP), Working Mass (p-value 0.042 means that there is a significant relationship between working mass and the incidence of LBP), Working Time (p-value 0.017 means that there is a significant relationship between working time and the incidence of LBP) and Lifting Weight (p-value 0.013 means that there is a significant relationship between the lifting weight and the incidence of  LBP). Smoking habits, years of service, length of work, and weight of lifting have a relationship with the incidence of LBP. Reducing the length of work for daily workers so that daily workers get sufficient rest time, and providing an adequate number of assistive devices so that workers do not lift objects or materials manually.

Abstract

The incidence of stress is considered quite high, where more than 350 million people in the world experience stress. And according to the World Health Organization stress is a disease with the 4th rank in the world. It is recorded that around 10% of the population in Indonesia experience stress. Based on the results of previous research, it was found that in the coverage area of ​​Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek), there were 19 people (63.3%) online motorcycle taxi drivers who experienced stress, then online motorcycle taxi drivers who did not experience stress as many as 11 people. (36.7%). The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to work stress in the online motorcycle taxi driver community in Depok City in 2022. The method in this study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of 130 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis test showed that the variables related to work stress are age (p-value 0,000), gender (p-value 0,003), marital status (p-value 0,000), and workload (p-value 0,000). The variable that is not related to work stress is interpersonal relationships (p-value 0,236). This study concludes that the factors that have a relationship with work stress are age, gender, marital status, and workload. While the variables of interpersonal relationships have no relationship.

Abstract

Nurse performance is a work behavior carried out by nurses in providing nursing care to patients in which there is an implementation of an action plan so that the patient's needs are met optimally. Based on the results of a previous study at RST Dompet Dhuafa Bogor, 65.2% of nurses experienced poor performance. This study aims to find out "Motivational Factors Related to Nurse Performance in Inpatient Installations at RST Dompet Dhuafa Bogor in 2023". The research was conducted in November 2022 - May 2023 at RST Dompet Dhuafa Bogor. This study uses a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study is all nurses who work at RST Dompet Dhuafa Bogor.  The sample of this study was 86 nurses using total sampling. The data in this study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, then analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test with α=0.05. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between job promotion and nurse performance (p-value 0.226), there was a significant relationship between responsibility and nurse performance (p-value 0.000), and there was no relationship between salary and nurse performance (p-value 0.244). There is a relationship between motivation and nurse performance, namely responsibility. Meanwhile, job promotions and salaries have nothing to do with nurse performance. Hospitals provide job promotions regularly every year, make regulations and policies or programs regarding discipline in services to be more responsible, and provide additional bonuses to nurses.

Abstract

Due to their involvement with trash and unclean surroundings, scavengers are more likely to get skin conditions. According to the Ciketing Udik Health Center profile, skin illness was the most prevalent ailment in 2021, accounting for 382 occurrences. The purpose of this study was to ascertain how the prevalence of skin diseases among scavengers at the Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Treatment Site (TPST), Ciketing Udik Village, Bantar Gebang District, in 2023 related to skin hygiene, hand, foot, and nail hygiene, clothing cleanliness, and hair hygiene. This study design is cross-sectional and employs a descriptive-analytic research methodology. An incidental sampling strategy was used to get a sample of 60 individuals, and a chi square test was used for analysis. The findings indicate that the incidence of skin illness among scavengers at Bantar TPST Gebang Ciketing Udik Village is correlated with skin cleanliness (pv=0.000), hand, foot, and nail hygiene (pv=0.000), garment cleanliness (pv=0.000), and hair hygiene (pv=0.002). The prevalence of skin diseaseses is correlated with the cleanliness of the skin, hands, feet, and nails as well as the cleanliness of clothing and hair. Dermatitis, urticaria, and tinea versicolor are the most prevalent skin conditions. Personal hygiene (skin, hands, feet, nails, clothing, and hair) is recommended for scavengers. It is recommended that the puskesmas conduct thorough and recurring counseling in the interim.

Abstract

Observing the high volume of patient visits, particularly in outpatient facilities, and the number of hospital contests in Indonesia. Therefore, in order to keep patients loyal to the hospital and make sure that their health treatments are in line with their target market, hospitals need to create marketing plans. One of them uses the marketing mix as a strategy to accomplish its objectives. Product, price, place, promotion, person, method, and tangible evidence are the seven components of marketing mixes. According to data on outpatient visits to South Tangerang City Hospital, there was a notable decline of 173,653 visits in 2019, followed by 119,020 visits in 2020 and 103,643 visits in 2021. However, there was an increase of 124,618 visits in 2022. Finding out how the marketing mix and outpatient loyalty at South Tangerang City Hospital in 2023 relate to one another was the aim of this study. Using a cross-sectional methodology and an outpatient sample, this study was carried out at South Tangerang City Hospital between February and June 2023. Purposive sampling was used to select 120 respondents for the sample. The chi-square test was used for the bivariate analysis. Seven marketing mix variables—product (pvalue=0.000), price (pvalue=0.000), place (pvalue=0.014), promotion (pvalue=0.000), person (pvalue=0.004), process (pvalue=0.000), and physical evidence (pvalue=0.002)—and their relationship to outpatient loyalty at South Tangerang City Hospital in 2023.
