Abstract

Financial Administration in bookkeeping will make it easier to manage and grow the company. This is due to the large amount of financial data and limited human memory or cannot be maximized. Currently making bookkeeping with the help of MS Excel is quite popular because there are various important tools that serve to complete the financial record. For those working in finance, the most commonly used Excel formulas such as SUMIF, SUMIFS, SUBTOTAL, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH. Community service activities in the form of training MS Excel 2013, in making financial statements using a combination of Formula IF, OR and SUM Formulas, SUMIF function is used to perform the sum of data with certain criteria and connecting data between sheets. The results achieved by the students of National SMK Nasional Berbah Sleman in this training is able to use and recognize the functions of excel 2013 in processing financial administration data.

Abstract

Mathematics is a study studying the operation of numbers, functions, graphs, space and in the learning can be delivered manually and visually can be used computer. To answer that Microsoft excel is an alternative software part of Microsoft Office can be used to help solve problems related to mathematical modeling, real-time and graphical visual operations of a mathematical function or group of data. In this community service activity was introduced the use of Microsoft excel to complete mathematical operations or mathematical modeling and graphical visuals according to the given module. Results from community service activities students are enthusiastic in practicing the operation of numbers, also create graphical visuals using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

In introducing an institution both in the fields of education, business, business, computer information technology is very helpful both in the form of the internet and in the form of videos. Video is a very appropriate tool to promote or convey information of an institution in the form of audio visual both online and offline. This paper is an output of the implementation of community service with the theme of Preparing Video-Based Presentation Materials for student participants from the Macedonia Student Center's Child Development Center. The training discusses the steps in preparing the video, how to make or design the material to be loaded, prepare images, audio, the narrative then arranges (integrates) and selects the file format that will be used in several video software, so participants can choose video software which is considered easy. The results of community service activities, trainees understand and can practice in preparing video-based presentation material.

Abstract

Photo album is an documentation of an activity, in its compilation can be computer-based and made interesting like loading multimedia elements loading images, text, animation in the form of slide shows. One of the easy-to-use software is PowerPoint, this software can display images, products or multimedia-based learning outcomes. On this occasion the introduction of PowerPoint software will be introduced, using the available facilities can be used to compile presentation materials, photo albums, multimedia-based creations. Together with the students of the Children's Foundation the Child Development Center (PPA) of Macedonia the Yogyakarta Student Center Bantul was introduced to how the preparation of the presentations contained photographs. Or known by composing a photo album using the facilities available in PowerPoint and introducing how to insert transitions, animations, sounds in the album created. As a result of the activity, students are motivated to compile interesting photo albums, are morefamiliar with PowerPoint software and can develop multimedia-based.

Abstract

Internet is a network system connected globally around the world. The Internet can be used to communicate and provide information services quickly with many people, for organizing, businesses, government, education, banking or entrepreneurs. However, the internet also has positive and negative impacts. This paper writes about the implementation of community service activities about the benefits of the internet for women community at Dusun Kedulan Tirtomartani Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta. Implementation begins with the introduction of the internet, its application and the practice of how to use it to support organizational activities, education, health, and home industry using phone cells and computers. The results obtained by the women community of Kedulan Tirtomartani Village, Kalasan, Sleman Yogyakarta, better understand the benefits of the Internet. As well as adding insights to organize, directing their children to use the internet, and being able to develop themselves, to be entrepreneurs from home online.
