United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) Citing scientific evidence released by the journal Peddiartris (2006) in the world revealed that mothers who experienced problem in the third trimester of labor are around 12,230,142 million people, 30% of whom are anxiety. research objectives to know the effects of Yoga Gymnastics on Anxiety in pregnant women facing labor. To determine the differences in anxiety of pregnant women before doing yoga with pregnant women after doing yoga when facing labor. The research design is Quasi experiment research using a Quantitative approach, the study population was 20 respondents, the samples taken were all of the population of 20 pregnant mothers, the technique used is the study was total sampling. Data analysis using bivariate and univariate Analysis with the Wilcoxon test. The Results of the univariate analysis of the study revealed that from 20 respondents,the majority of pregnant woment aged 21-30 were 8 people (40%). The Results of bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon test statistic,the value of p = 0.002 so the value of p < α 5%, p = 0.002 < 0.005. Conclusion: There is an influence and there are differences in pregnant women's women before and after doing Yoga Gymnastics on the anxiety of pregnant women facing Alfitrah Maternity Delivery.
