Abstract

Environmental changes and global warming are also being felt in the tourism industry. The success of the tourism industry is highly dependent on the demand for tourism. International tourism is recognized as very vulnerable to crises or disasters. The main issues in this research are whether Green HRM is a predictor of environmental performance and whether the citizenship behavior of environmental organizations of employees acts as a mediator in the ecotourism industry in Bali, Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that affect environmental performance in the ecotourism industry in Bali, Indonesia. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional and non-experimental approach. The research design is also descriptive and explanatory in nature because it does not only focus on the current condition of green HRM but also explains the relationship between variables, namely Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) GHRM (X). The results of the study show that Green HRM is able to increase the OCB of employees in the Ecotourism Industry in Bali Indonesia. Green HRM has a positive and insignificant effect on Environmental Performance and Employee OCB has a positive and significant effect on Environmental Performance. Employee OCB is able to mediate the effect of Green HRM positively and significantly on environmental performance and the formation of environmental performance is more dominantly influenced by employee OCB.

Abstract

The Dukuh Penaban Traditional Village community initiated the construction of the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum in Karangasem Regency, Bali, to collect, store, preserve, and present the local community’s lontar works and empower the community at large. The goal of this study is to explain how the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum is being developed, promoted, and made to attract more tourists. Descriptive qualitative research was used for this project. This writing draws on interviews, observations, and documentation for its data. A plan for the growth and promotion of the Dukuh Penaban Lontar Library Museum has been developed as a result of this writing, which includes the following: Special interests are used to package products for tourist attractions; online media are used to promote them; homestays, restaurants, international-standard public restrooms, and souvenir shops are developed; directions are added; and human resources training is provided.

Abstract

This study aims were to criticize and analyse the patterns of the cultural heritage of megalithic traditional village-Bena. The sound and meaning were to reflect the domestic and international tourists towards the cultural heritage of megalithic traditional village-Bena as a touristic consumption.  Bena is the oldest and well-preserved of a megalithic traditional village located in Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province.  This qualitative study with ethnographic approach led to depth analysis on tourists’ perception towards the megalithic traditional village of Bena as a touristic consumption. The minority of tourists’ complaint constructs or damages, doesn’t it?

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate of the promotion strategy of Museum Bali Puputan Badung, Denpasar, Bali, in order to increase the quantity of the visitors. The phenomenon of this study was lack of promotion which caused the quantity of the visitors have not reached the target yet. The promotion strategies used five variables of marketing mix such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relation and direct marketing.This is a qualitative descriptive study using the purposive technique and snowball sampling by interviewing personnels at Museum Bali. The data was analyzed using the SWOT analysis by crating promotion mix strategy formulation.  The result of this study from the plan of the matrix combination quantitative strategy showed that Museum Bali needed to utilize the SO strategy that has the highest score was 6.34, the ST strategy was 5.65, the WO strategy was 2.49 and the WT strategy 1.80, with the effective formulation strategy was SO. It showed that attractiveness of the Museum Bali has strengths and opportunities so that can be utilized the existing of the opportunities. The strategy should be applied in this condition is to support the growth of the aggressive policy (growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

This research discusses enjoying tourist attractions with virtual tourism in Sulangai Village, Bali, especially at Goa Gong waterfall tourist attraction. In the situation of a tourist attraction that is classified as a new category, the Sulangai Village Government chooses virtual tourism as a 4.0 promotional media to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourist arrivals. Tourist visit data from January to July 2022 was used to see changes in the number of tourist arrivals during that period. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The study found out conclusions such as (a). There are tourist attractions, tourist facilities, accessibility, and additional tourist services that are quite adequate, (b). Processing of 360o virtual tour website applications uploaded to a free domain website called wix.com. However, the limitations in this study are (a). There is lack budget for making a 360o virtual tour, (b). Human resources in the IT department of the Sulangai Village Government have not fully mastered the making of 360o virtual tours, and (c). The attractions provided by this object are not enough for 360o video shooting. With this research, it is hoped that virtual tourism can provide a more pleasant and attractive appearance for potential tourists so that it can promote this tourist attraction even further

Abstract

Desa Pemogan memiliki daya tarik wisata khusus yaitu Taman Pemancingan dan juga memiliki wisata religi yaitu Pura Tanah Kilap dan Mesjid Al-Muhajirin serta tumbuhnya atraksi-atraksi baru yaitu Sailing Boat, Theme Park permainan anak-anak. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya POKDARWIS, fasilitas objek wisata, di Desa Pemogan Kec. Denpasar Selatan, Bali. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada kelompok sasaran PKM ini adalah: 1) Belum memiliki POKDARWIS sehingga pengetahuan pariwisata dan keterampilan dalam memberikan pelayanan hospitality industry belum baik, 2) Belum memiliki toilet, 3) Belum ada tong sampah yang pemisahan antara sampah basah dan sampah kering. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah: 1) Mengadakan Forum Group Diskusi (FGD) dengan PENTAHELIX untuk mewujudkan adanya POKDARWIS serta menggali lebih dalam kekuatan dan kelemahan di desa Pemogan sebagai desa wisata yang akan dijadikan desa wisata berkelanjutan dengan, 2) workshop dan pelatihan pelayanan sadar wisata,, 3) membuat toilet dan tongsampah

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah berimbas pada sektor pariwisata di Bali yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya lapangan pekerjaan di sektor pariwisata. Lapangan kerja yang dapat menjadi alternatif dalam mengatasi hal tersebut ialah melalui wirausaha. Oleh karena itu, intensi berwirausaha khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa penting untuk ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan ulasan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan self-efficacy terhadap intensi wirausaha serta peran pembelajaran kewirausahaan dalam memoderasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswa bidang pariwisata di Denpasar Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada 100 mahasiswa bidang pariwisata di IPBI Bali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswa, namun pembelajaran kewirausahaan tidak memoderasi pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswa bidang pariwisata di Denpasar Bali. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan rekomendasi bagi perguruan tinggi dalam menyusun kurikulum pembelajaran yang tepat dalam rangka mendorong pertumbuhan wirausahawan muda di Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected for tourism and hospitality businesses globally which caused the transformative on that business particularly the management business, in turn, was the Human Resources Management.  The phenomenon was interesting to be studied for providing essential concept of human resources management.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the employee motivation and its impact on work performance during the pandemic at Bakmi Kota Lama 1819 KIIC Restaurant in Karawang City of West Java Province. This qualitative study was collecting the data by implementing the techniques approach of participative observation by visiting the restaurant as a visitor. The informants were the owner, chef, cook helper, drink section personnel, and waiter or waitress.  The results indicated that the management struggled to provide of the regional standard of minimum wages for the employees. The employees still maintained good motivation to show the productive performance in terms of pandemic survival. The management also has determined to reduce the number of employees by rescheduling the employees to work three times a week.  This caused a little complaint from the employees since there was extra workload due to double job.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of internal motivation and external motivation on intention to revisit which is mediated by satisfaction with visiting Pualu Nusa Penida. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to tourists. The research sample was 100 tourists, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data was collected from 100 respondents using a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM PLS. Evaluation of the PLS-based structural model, apart from looking at the R-square and Q-square values, can also be carried out by fulfilling several criteria such as the Chi-Square Test, GFI (Goodness of Fit Index), SRMR (Standardized Root Residual) and NFI (Normal Fit Index) . Based on the results of the analysis using statistical tests, the results of this research are, internal motivation has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction, external motivation has a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction also has a positive effect on tourists' intention to revisit, internal motivation has a significant positive effect on intention. Tourists' return visit and external motivation have a positive influence on tourists' intention to return.

Abstract

Munggu Beach is an attractive destination in Bali. With the potential for natural beauty and various activities that can be done around the beach area. The Munggu Beach destination offers a number of tourist attractions, including stunning sea views, spectacular sunsets, and various activities, such as playing beach volleyball, swimming, and water sports activities. To increase the attractiveness of Munggu Beach, four main components need to be considered: tourism attractions, accessibility, facilities and supporting services. This research aims to analyze the potential attraction of Munggu Beach for developing tourism products and improving visitor experiences. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an R&D (Research and Development) approach in Munggu Village. The research results found that with good accessibility, various facilities and adequate supporting services, Munggu Beach can become a promising destination and develop as an attractive and diverse tourist destination in Bali. This research provides recommendations for what Munggu Beach managers can do by updating facilities, promoting local culture, and improving environmental cleanliness.
