Abstract

The making of carrot simulation chips had been studied. The carrot simulation chips were made from carrot flour and tapioca flour and used vacuum frying process. The vacuum frying process was used in order to maintain color and nutritional component of carrot. Therefore it did not undergo many changes due to lower temperature and time of frying process. The aim of this research was to determine the best treatment (substitution level of carrot flour to tapioca flour, and vacuum frying time) to produce simulation chips which had good qualities and preferred by the panels. This research used Completely Randomized Design with factorial pattern which contained 2 factors; the first factor was substitution degree of carrot flour to tapioca flour (10%, 20%, 30%) and the second factor was vacuum frying time (2, 4, 6 minutes).It was found that the best treatment was 10% substitution of carrot flour and 6 minutes frying times. It produced carrot simulation chips which had 2,89% moisture content, 74,98% starch content, 5,19 g/100g -carotene content, 48,25% yield, and 180,67% expansion volume.Keywords : carrot simulation chips, carrot flour, tapioca flour, vacuum frying time

Abstract

Community service is done by the empowerment of women fishermen by developing shell nugget in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. This activity was conducted from March to June 2018, the methods of community service are training, mentoring, and practice of making shell nugget according to the receipe of dough that flavor and hygiene, marketing management practices of packaging and labeling. It aims to create an independent and creative society in projecting their future, the family of fishermen in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency, so that they will no longer rely on local government in developing home industry business in their village. In addition, they will be able to stand on their own with potential in their area. Management system based on independence and creativity in the development of shell nugget production is still rare. Therefore, Bluru Kidul Village is expected to be a pilot village especially in the production of shell nugget in East Java in particular, and in Indonesia in general, especially for coastal villages.

Abstract

Terung Wetan is a village whose people had planted breadfruit tree. Until now, breadfruit has not used optimally by people and only been processed as vegetable for meal. Whereas breadfruit can potentially be processed and developed into product which had economical value and long shelf-life , such as shreded meat-like (=abon), jerked meat-like (=dendeng). The aim of this community service were to improve knowledge and skill of the people in breadfruit processing as shreded meat-like and jerked meat-like, which had cheap, hygiene, long shelf-life and preffered by consumer and to intruduce a good packaging and marketing of the product in order to develop breadfruti product and to increase society income. The methods used in this program were socialization and training in making : shreded meat-like and jerked meat-like, packaging technique and marketing strategy.

Abstract

Campor and Sambiyan village in Konang district had lime soil structure with sandy clay texture, so in thewinter the soil was sticky. The occupation of most people there were farming, animal, husbandary and fishing. One of theconsidered food agricultural crop of Campor and sambiyan village was corn plant. It was needed a social serviceProgram, such as RISMA (Research Result Implementation Grant for society) based on corn processing productinovation as famous product in Campor and Sambiyan vilage. The aim of this program was to improve people knowledgeand skill of corn flour processing into corn processing product (such as tortilla and corn biscuit) and to introduce properpackaging method and product marketing in accordance with corn processing development to increase people income.Monitoring and evaluation showed that the participants could do inovation on basic formulation by adding ingredients toenhance the product flavor and cryspines, packed and sold the products in smale scale marketing

Abstract

The increase of Islamic Bank in Indonesia is to fast, we can indentify that the industry is grow up di every sektor and teritory, every where. Inside ther Islamic Bank have a anykind of the product. Example we call mudharabah, bai-Salam dan musyarakah. In this paper we more analyst the musyarakah product with Politik Hukum perspektif. Politik Hukum is a science that learn what the considern abaout law produt like regulation, new or past regulation that we erased. This research using metodology kualitatif and analitical describtion. The source of data using three data there is primery data, secondary data and third data. Globaly this reseacrh was finding a deferrence of musyarakah at fikih and Fatwa DSN with any considern it self.

Abstract

Abstract

This study discusses a case that wants to be completed using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Some people are often confused and confused, how to solve the problem of a case using methods that have been applied. Basically all the problems and all the cases that we want to solve or want to find the decision-making system are enough with some methods that we want to do. Here the method used is the SAW method, the SAW method is very easy to understand and to be used in various cases. One of the examples discussed here is the case of searching for a selection of silat athletes from East Sekotawaringin East from 1 to 100 people will be tested and judged from the determined alternatives, until in the end searching and finding which champion 1 of 100 people who get the best rank.

Abstract

            Pertanian merupakan salah satu aspek kehidupan yang paling penting dan menjadi sorotan utama dalam perekonomian suatu negara, khususnya negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Namun, perkembangan teknologi dan industri saat ini mampu menggeser posisi pertanian. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang beralih pada aktivitas industri dan meninggalkan lahan-lahan pertanian mereka. Adopsi teknologi pertanian akan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan kelompok tani khususnya anggota kelompok tani karena pekerjaan mereka akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Oleh sebab penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan kelompok tani terhadap adopsi teknologi pertanian di Desa Sibowi Kecamatan Tanambulava Kabupaten Sigi. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner). Variabel peran kelompok tani diukur menggunakan 15 item pertanyaan dengan lima skala likert, yaitu (1) sangat tidak setuju; (2) kurang setuju; (3) netral; (4) setuju; (5) sangat setuju dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel peran kelompok tani (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap adopsi teknologi pertanian Padi sawah  di Desa Sibowi dapat dilihat dari persamaan regresi antara kedua variabel tersebut yaitu: Ŷ = 29,310 + 0,518X.. Persamaan regresi ini berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan skor peran kelompok tani diikuti kenaikan skor adopsi teknologi pertanian sebesar 0,518 pada konstanta 29,310.Kata Kunci : Adopsi Teknologi, Kelompok Tani.

Abstract

The previous study showed that combination of wheat flour (70%) and modified water yam flour (30%) produced crackers which had the best characteristics. In this research, the effect of formulation of wheat and three kind of modified water yam flour on Resistant Starch (RS) content and Glycaemic index of the crackers were studied. Modified water yam flour was made from purple, white, and yellow ones which had been treated by three cycles autoclaving-cooling process. The native water yam flour, without treatment with autoclaving, were used as comparison. The result showed that sample crackers had higher resistant starch (1.67 -3.65%) and dietary fiber (16.65 -18.41%) content, compared to standard crackers from wheat flour. Furthermore, the crackers from modified yam flour with white water had the lowest GI (34.13) comparing with other crackers. So it could be developed as functional food for preventing diabetes mellitus or other digestive tract disrupter.
