The backround of the research is the development of early childhood is to go through the process of toilet training do it by Mother. The purpose of this research was to determine and describe: a method / way of the implementing toilet training by mother to early childhood. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. That describes a method / way of the implementing toilet training by mother to early childhood. The key informants in this research is 3 person mothers, and the additional informants are father, grandmother and aunt from early childhood. Instruments that researchers use in this research use in this research is the interview. Techniques used in the processing of data through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results found that the way parents in training children when to urinate that is by introducing the term to âpipisâ and terms âookâ or âuukâ to defecate. Children are invited to the bathroom only to defecate and bath, to urinate child still left in place haphazardly. If the child urinate or defecate in his pants, the pants just change the pants of the child. When finished defecating children are taught to wash the genitals area but not taught to wash their hands. In training the children defecating, the parents can to help by the other family members.
