Abstract

This research aims to know implementation of free of charge health care in Puskesmas of grogol based on the rule num. 36 Year of 2009 regarding to Health and  the  rights  of  patient  against  services  in  Puskesmas  of  Grogol  according  to program of free of charge health care insurance. Based  on  the  result  of  the  research  performed  can  be  concluded  that wholly  much  of  free  of  charge  health  care  insurance  patients  are  satisfied  with implementation  and  the  rights  of  patients  against  free  of  charge  health  care services which have been performed by Puskesmas of Grogol. Although there are several patients felt that their rights have not yet fulfilled. It happened because the patient of Jamkesmas (community health insurance) itself didn’t understand their rights  as  patient  of  free  charge  health  care  insurance  in  Puskesmas  Grogol. But Puskesmas  of  Grogol  has  wholly  implemented  fulfillment  of  good  services  the rights  of  patient  because  it  has  been  in  accordance  with  government  rule.
