Abstract

Thepurposeofthis studywas todeterminehowthecompany's financialcondition fortheperiod2012-2021andpredictionsofbankruptcyat PT.ArgoPantesTbkin2022.Themethodusedinthis researchis descriptivestatisticalanalysis methodusingAltmanz-scoreanalysis method.TheresultsshowthatthefinancialconditionofPT.ArgoPantesTbkduring theperiod2012-2021,has abadfinancialcondition,this isbasedonthecompany'saverageratio of0andsomeratiosarenegative.The resultsofthe"Z"analysisshowanegativevalueeachyear,  ,itmeansthatthecompanyisina distressorunhealthyzone.SothatthebankruptcyofPT. Argo PantesTbk in2022 canoccurin view of the company'spoorfinancial condition andwillworsen if the companydoesnot immediately improveitsfinancialhealthcondition.
