Abstract

ABSTRAK Perception librarian to librarian at university libraries udayana Unit 2015, namely human resources capabilities of the library, work in the library of supporting facilities, personal perception of HR. Human resources capacity of the library is the ability of librarians in terms of processing or in the service has been good, but should be improved further, supporting the library facilities are adequate. So that the libraries in knowing aspects of inadequate library, the library in terms of human resource capacity.
