Abstract

Human resources are the main factor in organizational development. Human resources in the company are allpeople involved in organizational development, especially employees. An organization/institution requires a competentand creative employee to achieve organizational goals. Employees have an important role in an organization, namely as thinkers, planners and controllers of organizational activities. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, communication, physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar totaling 37 people. Samples were taken using saturated samplingmethod. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performanceat PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.BPR Pusaka Denpasar.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the work system, be it an organization or a company, and the good or bad of a company or organization can be seen from how good or not the performance of its employees is. To avoid the bad side of employee performance, motivation, work environment and work discipline are needed so that all activities carried out by employees will be in accordance with existing procedures in the company and can improve quality and optimal performance of a company or organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, and work environment and work discipline on employee performance (at PT. Srikandi Jaya Group Denpasar). The issues raised in this study are improving employee performance and the motivation of each employee to work optimally so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently and can achieve organizational or company goals in the future. The type of data used is primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The sample selection was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect between work environment on employee performance, there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting yang ada di dalam sebuah perusahaan maupun di dalam organisasi. Sumber daya adalah segala yang merupakan aset perusahaan untuk pencapai tujuan yang telah di tetapkan dari awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 29.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan motivasi kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Gianyar Partasedana. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variasi variabel seperti gaya kepemimpinan dan sharing knowledge.
