Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dan mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pembayaran uang servis pekerja pada Hotel Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi covid-19. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode hukm normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini pemerintah melalui peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai ketenagakerjaan telah memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap upah dalam hal ini uang servis untuk pekerja/buruh yang bekerja pada Hotel Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest, namun dalam hal ini pihak manajemen perusahaan tidak melaksanakan peraturan tersebut secara maksimal sehingga hak-hak pekerja/buruh menjadi tertunda. The purpose of this study was to analyze legal protection for workers and to find out the factors that caused delays in payment of worker service fees at the Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest Hotel caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The method used is the normative legal method. The results of this study that the government through legislation regarding employment has provided legal protection for wages in this case service fees for workers / laborers who work at the Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest Hotel, but in this case the company management does not implement these regulations optimally so that the rights of workers/labourers are delayed.
