Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate marketing strategies that directly touch market leaders with to get marketing strategies to increase market share and become a market leader. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The analysis used was a descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis instrument accompanied by IFAS and EFAS calculations. Data sources and types of research data consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the results of focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. Whereas secondary data was obtained from financial reports and relevant articles and literature. The results of the strategy enrichment using the SWOT analysis on the quantitative approach obtained that the company's position is in quadrant 3 namely WO quadrant with coordinates (-0.63; +1.47) so companies should implement a turnaround strategy, ie change their marketing strategy from direct hit to market leaders by improving after-sales service, improving the quality of their products, brand equity, support from top management and placing units in the Teaching Hospital. This research can provide practitioners with an overview in making strategic marketing decisions.

Abstract

Di era global saat ini, kehidupan masyarakat terasa lebih kompleks dengan berbagai persoalan yang harus dihadapi dan diselesaikan yang bukan tidak mungkin mempengaruhi kualitas kerja. Sehingga, pemimpin suatu organisasi dituntut mampu mempengaruhi tidak hanya pada kepuasan kerja tetapi juga prestasi kerja. Hanya, kepemimpinan organisasi cenderung berorientasi pada standardisasi, formalisasi, dan sentralisasi yang tidak cukup mampu mengantisipasi perubahan selain tidak mendukung kebermaknaan hidup. Akibatnya, banyak orang bekerja hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dan status, bukan karena mencintai pekerjaan itu sendiri dan menemukan makna hidup. Disinilah diperlukan orientasi kepemimpinan baru dalam suatu organisasi, yaitu kepemimpinan spiritual (spiritual leadership) agar tercipta spiritualitas dalam diri pekerja. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja bukan bermakna agama atau pengganti agama, dan juga bukan perihal mengajak orang untuk mengikuti sistem keyakinan tertentu, melainkan pemahaman diri pekerja sebagai makhluk spiritual yang jiwanya memerlukan asupan di tempat kerja. Spiritual leadership merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin memotivasi dirinya dan orang lain guna mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kemampuan memotivasi tersebut berkaitan dengan spiritualitas yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin. Oleh sebab itu, kebutuhan kepemimpinan dalam domain spiritual di tempat kerja telah menjadi penting bagi organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Tanpa adanya spiritualitas, menyebabkan “penyakit jiwa” yang berdampak pada prestasi kerja individu, misalnya penurunan motivasi, produktivitas, kesejahteraan spiritual, serta kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mencerminkan sebuah kondisi psikologis atas kesenangan atau ketidaksenangan tergantung dari terpenuhi atau tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan yang diinginkan dan sesuai atau tidak sesuai kebutuhan antara yang diharapkan dengan nilai yang diperolehnya secara riil.

Abstract

This paper examines the results of several previous studies that took formal education as an object of research with respondents from students and teachers in the Jakarta, Bandung and Yogyakarta regions, who agreed to a change in state ideology from Pancasila to the Islamic Khilafah and acts of violence in religion. As a test tool, the authors offer research objects to milenials in Surabaya with formal and non-formal educational backgrounds and social settings of various professional backgrounds, education, and ages between 17 and 30 years and with in-depth observation methods and interviews with FGD techniques (Focus Group Discussion) on 13 young people of the city of Surabaya on four regions in the city of Surabaya. The results of this study indicate; first, Milenial generation narratives about moderate Islam show religious experiences that are relaxed, light, peaceful, and flexible and radical Islam as Islamic behavior that cannot adapt to its environment. The source of the reference shifts from book literacy to digital literacy by utilizing social media content, Instagram, and Youtube. Third. the figure and inspiration also changed from the figure of the ulama to the figures who perform ‘hijrah’, both artists and young clerics, and entertaiment products that utilize digital media.
