Salah satu faktorpenting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses kepemimpinan adalah perilaku pemimpin yang bersangkutan.Dampak dari kepemimpinan seseorang terhadap perilaku bawahannya sangat bervariasi. Ini sangat tergantungpada seni, strategi, teknik, teknologi, kemampuan, wawasan dan pengetahuan kepemimpinan dalam kelompokorang atau oraganisasi yang ia pimpin. Efektivitas kerja pegawai juga tidak kalah pentingnya dari peran dariseorang pemimpin atau sangat juga dibutuhkan dalam suatu organisasi agar tercapainya hasil yang efektif danefisien.
