Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. The population of this research is all employees of PT Artha Devata Property, totaling 51 people. The method used in determining the sample is the nonprobability sampling method. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Artha Devata Utama, totaling 51 people. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods. The analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests consisting of the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation, F test and t test. The research results show that compensation, job satisfaction, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. This means that the higher the compensation given, the higher the job satisfaction felt and the higher the career development felt by PT Artha Devata Utama employees, the more employee retention will increase.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance caused by leadership style, compensation, and work environment has an impact on the target for creating and placing advertisements in 2022, which has not yet been fully realized. The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung The population of this research is all CV employees. Tri Bhakti Advertising uses a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method where the number of samples is the entire population. So the number of samples in this study was 31. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 test tool. The results of this research show that leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung For future researchers, it is recommended to use other variables related to employee performance, such as work discipline, competency, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and so on. Future researchers are also advised to use other research locations to obtain different sample sizes and broader research results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, self efficacy, and physical work environment on employee performance. The location of this study is at the Bangli District Health Office. The population used employees at the Bangli District Health Office and a sample of 64 employees determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The advice that can be given by researchers is that the Bangli District Health Office should provide socialization on career development procedures to employees, rearrange the workspace to be more comfortable, and always provide motivation to employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress, work discipline and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar using a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Human resources in a company play an important role. Companies must be able to build and increase work productivity in their environment. In increasing the productivity of its employees, the company employs several methods, including the application of reasonable compensation, motivating applications, and the creation of conducive working conditions. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. The population in this study was all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. In this study, the sample size was determined using a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Pasar Mangu Giri Public Housing Office Sedana in Badung; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung; and (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in determining the achievement of an organization. Companies need potential human resources, both leaders and employees, in the pattern of tasks and supervision, which determine the achievement of company goals. Good employee performance is a step to achieving organizational goals. So efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style transformationa,l work environment, work motivation towards employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The sample in this study was 35 employees. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, f test and t test through SPSS program version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the leadership style Transformational has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede.

Abstract

In today's dynamic world of work, work is increasingly being done in teams, and flexibility is very important. Organizations really need employees who are able to display good performance. There are problems that occur at PT. Pacific Express Cargo, namely that there are still employees who do not arrive on time, often leave their workplace without permission, and are indifferent in serving customers. This behavior is an action that does not support effectiveness and efficiency in work. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo. The population used in this research was all employees of PT Pacific Express Cargo, totaling 40 people. The sampling method used in this research was a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency with a research sample of 89 respondents who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible to use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Leadership, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office so that the more compensation increases, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Organizational Culture, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in controlling the progress or decline of a company. One of the factors that influences a company's success is employee performance. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with several employees of PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana found a problem that employee performance was not able to provide maximum results. This can be seen from the existence of several employees who are less able to achieve the given work targets. Therefore, this research was carried out to determine the effect of work training, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Sari Jaya Sedana. The population in this study were all employees at PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana, the number of employees was 30 people. The sample selection method used was a saturated sampling technique (census), where all members of the population were sampled, so the total sample used was 30 people. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data, while the data sources use primary data and secondary data. This research uses a number of data collection methods consisting of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS version 25.0 for Window program. To analyze the data, five methods were used which included research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient tests (R2), and also the t statistical test. The results of this research show that (1) job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if job training increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase. (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if motivation increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase and (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline increases, the performance of PT BPR Sari Jaya Sedana employees will also increase.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan berdasarkan ketrampilan, pengalaman dan keikhlasan serta waktu. Kinerja karyawan yang mengacu pada prestasi seseorang dapat diukur berdasarkan standar dan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Kinerja mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kemajuan tujuan perusahaan agar karyawan dapat bekerja dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan penting untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung. Sampel dari penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BPR Sinar Kuta Kabupaten Badung
