Abstract

Corporate career requires competence, compatibility and adaptability apart from specific skills and values. The career becomes formidable and effective with a prior learning and experience through a similar corporate context prior to the entry to destination career. This is done through internship learning in business and corporate context in any country. Internship learning, thus enhances the quality and content of Human Capital in an individual professional. Finally contributing to the direct & indirect economic gain in a corporate organization and thereby the nation. Internship provides practical experience which enriches the knowledge and competence of the person. It provides hands on learning. Internship provides career related experience in his/her academic career both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. MBA students can do Internship can be done in any area. This study is on learning during internship and how effective it is for creating a corporate career in Indian context. Through the Internship process students develop good degree of knowledge of the corporate. One of the important things in the internship process is that students can get original information about the work and culture of the organization also how they operate in the market. In this entire practical learning process positive attitude is very important things to carry out entire work properly. Positive Attitude refers to affirmation towards any work with a view to undertake the work and taking it forward towards completion, based on the declared objective of the work. Through the internship learning students can learn hands on experiences, build their network with industry, can sharpen their professional capabilities and can learn the key areas that need to learn in the internship. Interns are destined to work with their values and ethics.

Abstract

Economic output is a combination of the means of activities and the human intervention towards effective utilization of the means of the work. Human interventions are not merely random. It has a strong basis of individual and collective mental conditions depending on the different psychophysical and psycho-spiritual level. Mental illness has a direct impact on the motivation for thoughts and works. Usually ill mind lacks in the illumination of the cosmic goodness and thus becomes a prey to various factors of retardation in the field of work and thought. The present study identifies the relation between physical or intellectual output of an individual contributing to the economic development and sustainability, assesses on an important scale the psychophysical and psycho-spiritual context of individual, impacting economic activities and identifies the remedies to overcome mental illness to enhance individual output in order to get a better economic development and sustainable conditions. Findings suggests human dimensions including physical, intellectual and behavioral intervention are having direct relationship with economic growth in both micro and macro level. Individual’s position in psychophysical and psycho-spiritual model is being assessed through Maslow’s need hierarchy model and model of five different sheaths (Pancha Kosha) of consciousness and it has been observed that the economic output has direct relation with the position of individual in different levels of Maslow’s need hierarchy model and transcendental impact of Pancha Kosha on individual potential leading towards better output of an individual and therefore enhancing economic activity in the macro level. This study has also suggested certain remedies to enhance individual output through enhancing human potential in order to impact economic growth and sustainability in a positive manner.

Abstract

Professional education has twin focus: On one hand it aims at creating a good basis of earning livelihood to the level of happiness of the person and on the other hand, it attempts to contribute directly or indirectly to the economic well-being Es of the nations. Whereas, there are plethora of professional courses of study, only a few are there which can fulfil the short term objective of the person and finally contributes to the effective making of an enduring and ever growing worth of the human capital in the person. Management education in the right forum thus enables the person to develop that effective and enduring career. It is in the backdrop study of management from right place creates a sustainable and valued career. This study is aiming to explore that how professional courses help an individual to attain a successful career. Every individual has their own economical and social responsibilities towards their society and country. Proper selection of career is one of the most important decisions in individual’s life. Now-a-days professional courses are playing an important role to make corporate employees. Many professional courses are now available in education world. So the selection of a professional course is very important. An individual must select the professional course on the basis of the area of interest, scope in the particular sector, eligibility of the individual. Through a professional course an individual gets professional orientation and professional orientation of career enables a young aspirant develop a better footing in life and activities. It also enhances the speed and volume of growth of corporate in terms of socio economic context. In this study we are going to explore from every aspect that how professionalism in career and work effectively induces the spirit of internationalism in given context.
