Abstract

ABSTRAK Setokok adalah salah satu kelurahan dari Kecamatan Bulang yang merupakan salah pulau terluar (Hiterland) yang cukup terkenal di Kota Batam. Dari survey awal dan wawancara mendalam dengan Lurah Setokok terlihat kelompok industri rumah tangga pembuatan kerupuk ikan tamban menari belum optimal dalam memproduksi ikan tamban menari, kemasan masih sangat original dan sederhana, dan teknik pemsaran masih tradisional. Keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh oleh para pengusaha kecil dan menengah ketika memenuhi hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan peningkatan kualitas produksi, kemasan yang menari, dan teknik pemsaran yang tepat serta kekinian tersebut adalah terciptanya iklim usaha yang sehat pada skala usaha kecil dan menengah. Hal ini akan menunjang kekuatan ekonomi rakyat yang semakin kokoh di masa depan karena usaha-usaha kecil ini memiliki harapan untuk berkembang menjadi lebih besar. Maka dari itu tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam progam ini adalah agar para pelaku industry rumahtangga ikan tamban menari di Kelurahan Setokok memiliki ketrampilan atau kemampuan tentang kualitas produksi, kemasan dan pemasaran, sehingga diharapkan dapat memiliki pemahaman tentang produksi yg lebih baik tentang usahanya dan meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam menerapkan pemahaman tentang kualitas produksi, kemasandan pemasaran Berbasis Partisipatif dimana keterlibatan dalam berbagai tahapan tindakan, yakni:keterlibatan dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi program / kegiatan oleh tim. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra sudah mampu memproduksi ikan tamban menari dengan kualitas baik, kemasan yang menarik dan teknik pemasaran yang tepat serta sesuai tuntutan zaman pasca covid 19.

Abstract

In today's fast-changing and competitive business era, the application of an effective human resource management approach is essential to sustain business progress. Furthermore, this dedication report explores the various ways in which organizations can achieve sustainable progress by implementing human resource management strategies that emphasize innovation, sustainability, and ethics. The method of implementing community service uses a qualitative approach with the type of Participatory Action Research (PAR). Participatory Action Research is a relevant method related to community empowerment with the application of three steps, including planning, action, and evaluation. Furthermore, community service activities that focus on increasing the capacity of human resources to increase competitiveness as business capital run in a systematic way.

Abstract

Human development is a development process that aims to enable humans to have more choices, especially in income, health and education where one of the benchmarks can be seen through the Human Development Index. This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence on the effect of financial performance (independence level ratio, degree of fiscal decentralization, PAD effectiveness) and economic growth on the human development index in Karimun Regency. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used in this study are secondary time series data for 19 years and interviews. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Last Square with the help of SMART PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study indicate that the independence level ratio has a positive and significant effect on the HDI. The degree of fiscal decentralization does not have a significant effect on the HDI. The effectiveness of PAD has a positive and significant effect on the HDI. Economic growth has a positive and significant effect on the HDI. The independence level ratio does not have a significant effect on economic growth. The degree of fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The effectiveness of PAD does not have a significant effect on economic growth. The independence level ratio does not have a significant effect on the HDI through economic growth. The degree of fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant effect on the HDI through economic growth. The effectiveness of PAD does not have a significant effect on the HDI through economic growth. The HDI of Karimun Regency is influenced by the ratio of the level of independence, the degree of fiscal decentralization, the effectiveness of PAD and economic growth by 37.4%. While the economic growth of Karimun Regency is influenced by the ratio of the level of independence, the degree of fiscal decentralization and the effectiveness of PAD by 9.1%.

Abstract

This research examines knowledge, skills, behavior, organizational commitment, and performance in the personnel sections of each regional government organization in the Riau Islands Province. The sample used is non-probability sampling, with a study conducted on 133 personnel department employees from various regional government organizations in the Riau Islands Province. The research method is associative with a quantitative approach, utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the SmartPLS Version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the knowledge variable on the performance variable, a significant influence of the skills variable on the performance variable, no significant influence of the behavior variable on performance, a significant influence of the organizational commitment variable on the performance variable, a significant influence of the knowledge variable on the organizational commitment variable, a significant influence of the skills variable on the commitment variable, no significant influence of the behavior variable on the organizational commitment variable, a direct influence of the skills variable on the performance variable with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, a direct influence of the knowledge variable on the performance variable with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, and no direct influence of the behavior variable on the performance variable through organizational commitment. The influence of knowledge, skills, and behavior on organizational commitment is 46.2%, with the remaining 53.8% influenced by other variables outside this study. Meanwhile, the influence of knowledge, skills, and behavior on performance is 66.1%, with the remaining 33.9% influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy and career development on employee performance with achievement motivation as an intervening variable in female officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government. The analysis used in this research is parametric and non-parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). Data analysis with parametric and non-parametric statistics regarding research variables, calibration tests / pilot tests, validity and reliability, Outer model and inner model analysis, as well as discussion of the results of hypothesis testing or Path Analysis. This study uses path analysis to examine relationship patterns that reveal the effect of a variable or set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect effects. The calculation of the path coefficient in this study was assisted by SmartPLS. The test results in this study found that Transformational Leadership and Career Development had no significant effect on the Performance of Women Officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government, while Self Efficacy had a significant effect on the Performance of Women Officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government, Career Development and Transformational Leadership had a significant effect on the Performance of Women Officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government Transformational Leadership, Self Efficacy and Career Development have a significant effect on Performance with Achievement Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Women Officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government.

Abstract

This study, researcher variables, Job Placement, Work Environment, Competency, Job Satisfaction and Work Effectiveness. Job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant influence. Job Placement and competence have a significant positive influence on Work Effectiveness. Work Environment has a positive but insignificant influence on Work Effectiveness. The results of the study for indirect influence where Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant influence in mediating the influence of Job Placement, Work Environment and Competence on Work Effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate social protection programs to improve the welfare of Indonesian Migrant Workers who are deported from Malaysia who are then provided with social protection services starting from pick-up, shelter at RPTC to repatriation to the area of origin. From the CIPP evaluation model used in this study, it was found: Context evaluation, social protection for migrant workers at RPTC is a crucial step in efforts to improve their welfare. Input evaluation, evaluation of the inputs that have been provided for the social protection of PMI at RPTC aims to measure the extent to which existing resources have been optimally utilized in improving the welfare of PMI which includes human resources, budget, facilities, policies, partnerships and information and data. In the Process Evaluation, researchers focus on activities or agendas that will or have been carried out by RPTC officers/employees. in this case the author found several processes of implementing the agenda, assisting personnel and the supervision process, namely by interviewing, validating the process and filling out questionnaires. Evaluation of results (product) is used to determine what decisions will be made next, the researcher concluded several interviews that said that this social protection service could improve the welfare of Indonesian Migrant Worker.

Abstract

Environmental issues such as global warming, the greenhouse effect, and drastic climate change, as well as social issues such as meeting the needs of both workers and interested parties continue to increase, and urge the development of innovative financial products. Manufacturing companies are currently in the spotlight of various interested parties, there are 8 industrial sectors that contribute large amounts of carbon emissions, namely: cement industry, steel industry, pen and paper industry, textile industry, ceramic industry, fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, and food and beverage industry. This concern for the environment must continue to be improved seeing that the impact of company operations is very significant starting from the greenhouse gas effect which continues to increase every day. As a country committed to the climate change control agenda, Indonesia has developed regulations, action programs and systems and mechanisms to reduce GHG emissions to meet the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) target and control GHG emissions in national development. One of the supporting mechanisms developed is the Value of Carbon Economy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, work environment and work stress on organizational commitment of employees of the women's empowerment service, child protection, population control and family planning, Riau Islands province with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The analysis used in this research is parametric and non-parametric statistics. parametric using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) The results of this research on direct relationships found that Competence has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, Job stress has a positive and not significant to organizational commitment, Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Job stress has a negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, in testing the relationship hypothesis It was indirectly found that Competence had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, Work environment had a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, Job stress had a negative and insignificant effect on employee Organizational Commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force of an organization. Without human resources, the organization will not be able to carry out the process of growing and moving. Human resources are so important for the survival of the organization that there must be special treatment carried out by managers and stakeholders of the organization to be able to carry out good empowerment so that human resources in the organization can provide optimal performance for the survival of the organization. Employee performance is the work results in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his/her civil servant duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him/her. Therefore, it can be said that human resource performance is the achievement or work results in terms of quality and quantity achieved by employees in a certain period. research variables are attributes or characteristics or aspects of people or objects that have certain variations that are determined by researchers to be studied and conclusions drawn. Meanwhile, according to Kerlinger. variables are characteristics that can have various values. Furthermore, it is stated that variables are symbols that have values ​​in the form of numbers. So variables are symptoms or characteristics of an object that have variations or values ​​that are different from other objects that are the focus of researchers to observe.
