This study aims to measure the effect of tuck jump it heel kick. This research method is an experimental research with a two groups pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were male volleyball athletes, male players in the Koto Dua Village, Pesisir Bukit District. The sample used is the entire population of 15 players. The instrument uses a vertical jump test. The research data was processed using SPSS 24. The results showed: There is a significant effect of tuck jump with heel plyometric training on the volleyball smash ability of male players Koto Dua Village Club, Pesisir Bukit District, with t count 6.211 > t table 2.228, or p value 0.000 <0.05 with an average Smash Ability of 6.273 cm.
