This study aims to determine students' courage in expressing opinions and increasing students' understanding of class X MAN. Conducted at MAN 1 Bogor Regency. From September 2022 to February 2023.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a field survey approach and in-depth interview techniques. The data is validated by source triangulation technique. The informers and informants in this study were teachers and students. Data analysis is done through data collection, present information and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate a professional role competence of teachers who have questioning skills for success in classroom management instructional management such as questioning skills, understanding of material, learning media, interaction in class, self-confidence.
