Teacher participation in school administration is very important and a must. Such participation should be interpreted as opportunities for teachers and supervisors to provide examples of how democracy can be applied to solve various educational problems. The author formulates the problem as follows: 1) Can the quality of teacher competence improve performance in the learning process at UPTD SDN Lepelle 2 Robatal District, Sampang Regency. 2) Is the learning process successful if the quality of teacher competence and performance is good? This research includes four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation of actions, 3) observation, and 4) reflection.Improving the quality of teacher competence is an alternative to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers and to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere so that the goal of making this nation a great and dignified nation can be achieved.
