Abstract

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a scientific field that studies human-computer interaction in order to design systems that satisfy user requirements and enhance the user experience (UX). HCI is very important in the development of websites because a good user experience is necessary to improve user satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness. The motivation behind this study is to recognize the qualities and shortcomings of the STMIK AKI site as far as client experience, as the need might have arisen to further develop client UX. From a HCI perspective, SUPR-Q is one way to use a questionnaire to measure user experience. To analyze various UX dimensions, UX testing will use Task Level Satisfaction methods like Single Ease Question (SEQ), Scenario Testing, and System Usability Scale (SUS) in addition to the SUPR-Q method. The SUPR-Q Loyalty variable had a low value, but the SEQ, SUS, and SUPR-Q methods produced results with an average grade of B, supporting the hypothesis that respondents were satisfied with their use of the STMIK AKI website. The worth got was 59.1% with Grade C and the speculation was adequate in utilizing and suggesting the STMIK AKI site page. Furthermore, in the Situation Testing strategy, the typical worth got is 57.5% with Grade C, with the speculation that the respondent or client is very able in finishing jobs or working the STMIK AKI page framework.

Abstract

As governments worldwide increasingly transition towards digital governance, understanding the factors that contribute to the acceptance of Electronic Government (E-Gov) initiatives becomes crucial. This literature review explores various studies conducted on the acceptance of E-Gov by both the public and government entities. The goal is to pinpoint and examine the critical elements that affect the effective deployment and uptake of e-government services. The review encompasses a comprehensive examination of academic articles, research papers, and reports published in the field, covering diverse perspectives such as technological, social, cultural, and institutional factors. Common themes emerge, including the impact of perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, security, and digital literacy on the acceptance of E-Government services among citizens. Additionally, the literature delves into the challenges and opportunities associated with the government's perspective, highlighting factors such as organizational readiness, policy support, and inter-agency collaboration. By synthesizing findings from various sources, this paper aims to provide a holistic view of the factors shaping the acceptance of E-Government, offering insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers. The outcomes of this literature review contribute to the ongoing discourse on enhancing the effectiveness of E-Government initiatives and fostering a digitally inclusive society.

Abstract

AI-based chatbots are increasingly used in various sectors to improve service efficiency, including in education. This research evaluates the performance of a chatbot on the New Student Admission (PMB) system with the integration of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithms. In its implementation, chatbots play an important role in providing information and answering user questions automatically, but often have difficulty in understanding complex conversational contexts. The use of RNN and LSTM algorithms is expected to overcome the limitations of traditional chatbots in understanding conversational context and providing more relevant responses. The evaluation results show that the integration of RNN and LSTM is able to improve the quality of chatbot responses, both in terms of accuracy of 92.86% and relevance in complex conversation scenarios. The proposed chatbot proved to be effective in understanding user requests and providing faster answer responses compared to the conventional methods used. This implementation provides a more optimal solution in the PMB system, which is expected to be implemented at STMIK AKI Pati.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi bisnis, termasuk UMKM, agar tetap kompetitif di pasar yang semakin dinamis. Toko MULIA Pati merupakan retail yang bergerak di bidang suku cadang otomotif, menghadapi penurunan penjualan akibat meningkatnya persaingan dan pergeseran perilaku konsumen yang lebih menyukai transaksi daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penjualan berbasis web menggunakan metode Design Thinking untuk meningkatkan daya saing toko. Pendekatan Design Thinking diimplementasikan melalui lima tahap: empati, definisi, ide, prototipe, dan uji coba, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan pengalaman pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan dan karyawan toko. Prototipe yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti katalog produk, pencarian barang, keranjang belanja, pembayaran, dan pelaporan penjualan. Pengujian kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 77,75, yang menunjukkan kategori "Baik" dan kegunaan yang dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam menyederhanakan transaksi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar Toko MULIA terutama melalui pembaruan stok secara real-time dan proses pembelian yang lancar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan Design Thinking sangat efektif untuk menciptakan solusi digital yang adaptif dan berpusat pada pengguna yang memungkinkan UMKM seperti Toko MULIA tetap relevan dan kompetitif di era digital.

Abstract

More than 3.5 million Indonesian educators had used the Merdeka Mengajar Platform by 2024. Comparing this figure to the 3.37 million from the previous academic year, there has been an increase of almost 3.85%. However, an investigation is required to determine the reasons why the application's use has not yet achieved the anticipated goal number of users. This study does sentiment analysis on evaluations of the Merdeka Mengajar platform using Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The benefits of RNN and LSTM in processing sequential data, especially in text processing for sentiment analysis, led to their selection. The purpose of this study is to solve the difficulties in determining if users' sentiments on the platform are favorable or negative. Important steps in the research technique include preprocessing, data cleaning, and employing FastText embedding to convert text into numerical vectors. Then, using patterns in the text data, RNN and LSTM models are used to forecast sentiment. The study's findings demonstrate that the LSTM model can, with an estimated accuracy of 93.58%, identify long-term associations in sequential data. The RNN model, on the other hand, produces a lesser accuracy of 91.70%. Particularly in text data with intricate temporal circumstances, the LSTM model performs better at accurately classifying sentiment. By better understanding customer opinions and input on the Merdeka Mengajar platform, this study helps platform developers improve the quality of their services.

Abstract

Entrepreneurs are individuals or groups engaged in business activities to produce goods or services. To increase product visibility, they need to implement marketing strategies, including the use of digital media. However, many UMKM actors in Kayen District, Pati Regency, still rely on manual marketing methods or word-of-mouth promotion. To address this issue, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) of STMIK AKI Pati organized a digital marketing training program for local UMKM. The goal is to enhance their ability to market their products or services effectively through digital platforms. The training is conducted in three stages: first, introducing the basic concepts of digital marketing; second, teaching participants how to use graphic design software such as Canva and Photoshop to create logos and promotional flyers; and third, guiding them on how to register and use e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia, as well as how to advertise effectively on social media. This program aims to help UMKM actors in Kayen understand the importance of digital marketing and develop more effective strategies to promote and sell their products online.
