Abstract

Zakat fitrah adalah zakat yang wajib dikeluarkan oleh setiap muslim yang mampu untuk membantu saudara-saudara muslim yang kurang mampu. Namun, dalam proses penentuan penerima zakat fitrah, seringkali terdapat kesulitan karena banyaknya calon penerima yang memenuhi kriteria. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam proses penentuan penerima zakat fitrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan penerima zakat fitrah di Yayasan Abdul Khalik Fajduani Deli Serdang. Metode SAW dipilih karena dapat mengolah beberapa kriteria yang berbeda dan memberikan bobot untuk setiap kriteria. Metode ini juga relatif mudah diimplementasikan dan dapat menghasilkan hasil yang cukup akurat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SAW dapat membantu meningkatkan dalam proses penentuan penerima zakat fitrah di yayasan tersebut. Selain itu, hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW menunjukkan bahwa jamaah yang bernama Atmaja Putra mendapatkan nilai yang mendekati kriteria dengan nilai 0.775 dan mendapatkan peringkat terbaik 1. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SAW dapat membantu dalam penentuan penerima zakat fitrah dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Zakat Fitrah, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Penentuan Penerima Zakat Fitrah, Yayasan Abdul Khalik Fajduani Deli Serdang.

Abstract

The Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Padang annually conducts selection activities for outstanding students. The process of selecting outstanding students at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Padang is still done manually, therefore to determine outstanding students it is necessary to design a computerized Decision Support System application using the Profile Matching method. With this designed system, it is hoped that it can help the Padang Ministry of Health Polytechnic to make decisions in determining outstanding students with predetermined criteria and values. The final score obtained from this study was 4.55 by Mutiara Mawaddah Anandri. So the results of the analysis are expected to be able to help the Health Polytechnic of the Padang Ministry of Health in determining outstanding students.

Abstract

Scholarships are one way of providing tuition fees for students who are still actively participating in lectures at tertiary institutions. The existence of scholarships can help students to finance educational needs, in accordance with the provisions of article 4 (paragraph 1) of the PPh/2000 Law. This study aims to build a system of indicators for determining scholarship acceptance appropriately. Expert System is the ability of computers to convert human knowledge into computers so that they can help solve problems that can only be solved by experts. The scholarship acceptance identification expert system is a system that adopts the knowledge of education experts in determining scholarship acceptance for students at university based on scholarships that have been set at the university. The purpose of this Expert System is to prove that the Forward Chaining method can be implemented in making this Expert System and provide benefits to facilitate campus bureaucrats in determining which students are eligible to receive scholarships. The data used in this study were 10 student data, in the form of scholarship requirements and student diagnostic data by the head of the academic division. The data is processed using the Forward Chaining Inference method in the form of an application with the PHP programming language. The results of this study were 30 student data running well on the system used. An expert system with the Forward Chaining method is suitable and can be used to determine scholarship acceptance.
