Abstract

Diploma Supplement is a document containing information about fulfilling college graduates' competencies. The existence of the Merdeka Learning-Independence Campus (MBKM) program encourages students to acquire valuable competencies so that a portfolio of abilities and experiences can be accommodated in the Diploma Supplement. In this research, the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College still needs to implement Diploma Supplement because no procedures and information systems support Diploma Supplement management. Therefore, researchers will develop a prototype of the Diploma Supplement system for a Google Suite-based diploma companion that is comprehensive and can make it easier for the academic community. This research methodology uses the Scrum framework method. The entire work process for Diploma Supplement utilizes Google Suite, especially Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Sheets with the AutoCrat add-on. This research successfully developed a prototype of the Diploma Supplement system for a Google Suite-based diploma companion. The results of this study can make it easier for students to process Diploma Supplement submissions because it is done online, BAAK also does not need to make Diploma Supplement manually because the system is already integrated, and campuses can save costs for creating, managing, and maintaining the system.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a cloud-based backend system for waste classification, utilizing services provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The development focuses on using Cloud Run as a serverless platform for running backend APIs, AutoML Vision as a machine learning-based image classification model, and Cloud Firestore as a NoSQL database to store classification results. The system is backend-only, designed to receive image input, process it through a trained classification model, and automatically store the results in the database. The methodology employed in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with a quantitative data analysis approach. System testing was conducted using black-box testing and Postman API to verify that the system functions as intended. The evaluation involved measuring the classification accuracy of the AutoML Vision model, API response times, and data storage reliability in Firestore. The results show that the model successfully classified two waste categories (plastic and paper) with an accuracy of 90%, an average API response time of 1033 milliseconds, and consistent data storage without loss. The findings indicate that the developed backend system operates optimally and aligns with the research objectives. This system has the potential to be further developed into a cloud-based technological solution to support efficient and automated waste management.

Abstract

Batik Bumiku MSMEs are batik handicraft business actors who have been domiciled in Bogor City since 2017 and have great opportunities to grow and innovate as digital technology develops. However, limited online information and a lack of human resources in the field of technology are challenges in expanding its market reach. This research aims to design a prototype of the Batik Bumiku website as an information media while strengthening the brand image by implementing the Double Diamond method, which comprises four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. This process resulted in the design of the main page, including the homepage, batik catalog, batik services, and contact page. Design validation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on the Maze platform to assess user comfort with the prototype. The evaluation results show an SUS score of 86, which is classified as very good, indicating that the design has met user expectations in both visual and usage experience. Suggestions for further development to realize the website's full potential, provide benefits that users feel, and improve mobile design to increase user accessibility.

Abstract

E-Perpus Kota Depok is a digital library service provided by the Depok City Library and Archives Service to reach a wider community which can be accessed via smartphone by downloading this application via Play Store. Digital libraries are public services that support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 on Quality Education and SDG 9 on Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. However, information system success is influenced not only by technological aspects but also by human and organizational factors. This study analyzes the determinants of the success of the E-Perpus Kota Depok digital library system using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) model. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey involving 200 users of the E-Perpus Kota Depok application. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that nine out of twelve hypotheses were significant. System Quality positively influenced System Use and User Satisfaction, while Information Quality significantly influenced User Satisfaction. Service Quality did not significantly affect System Use or User Satisfaction. In addition, organizational and human factors contributed significantly to Net Benefit. The model demonstrated strong predictive power, with System Use obtaining the highest R-Square value of 71.6%. The study provides practical insights for improving digital public library services, although it is limited to a single regional context.
