Abstract

This research was conducted on hotels and restaurants in Badung Regency. The formulation of the problem in this investigation is to test whether the quality variables of service, moral moral variables, and variables of taxation penalty have an influence on the compliance of hotel and restaurant taxpayers in badung district. the data in this study was collected by disseminating questionnaires to hotel and restaurant taxpayers in Badung Regency using random sampling techniques in sampling, where the questionnaire was distributed as many as 98 kursioner. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that will be combined with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program. This study showed the results that variable (X1) quality of service, variable (X2) moral obligation, and variable (X3) tax sanctions showed positif results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Entertainment, Interaction, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) terhadap Brand Image pada Program Studi Bisnis Digital Politeknik Negeri Bali. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini adalah 230 responden siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hanya variabel Interaction yang terbukti negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Brand Image, hal ini dapat terjadi karena nilai t-statistik dan nilai-p yang diperoleh berada di bawah 1,96 dan di atas taraf signifikansi = 0,05. Bahwa semakin baik Interaction maka semakin rendah Brand Image. Kemudian variabel Entertainment, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap merek. gambar. Oleh karena itu, semakin tinggi Entertainment, Customization, Trendiness, dan E-WOM maka semakin tinggi pula Brand Image pada program studi Bisnis Digital Politeknik Negeri Bali.

Abstract

PT Raksasa Laju Lintang (Ralali) merupakan salah satu perusahan yang memanfatkan social media Instagram untuk membangun serta meningkatkan brand awareness. Pada pelaksanaan social media marketing di Instagram, konten-konten yang dibagikan oleh Ralali mendapatkan respon yang sedikit dari para audiens nya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh social media marketing dalam meningkatkan brand awareness di Ralali. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner online berupa google forms pada akun-akun Instagram yang aktif berinteraksi dengan konten yang dibagikan oleh Ralali di Instagram @ralalicom. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan brand awareness di Ralali. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa social media marketing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 60,7% dalam meningkatkan brand awareness di Ralali sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The usefulness of Mitra VAST in enhancing Bapenda Bali Province's financial reporting timeliness is examined in this study. A digital vehicle tax payment system called Mitra VAST improves accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. The study, which used a qualitative methodology with in-depth interviews, concludes that Mitra VAST increases administrative efficiency, speeds up reporting, and improves data accuracy. Additionally, it improves financial oversight and transparency. There are still issues, nevertheless, such system optimization and staff adaption. The study emphasizes that in order to increase VAST Partners' efficacy, ongoing training and better technological infrastructure are required. These results offer guidance on how Bapenda and comparable organizations might use digital technology to manage their finances more effectively

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the whistleblowing system and internal audit on fraud prevention in commercial banks in Bali. The objective of this research is to determine whether the effective implementation of whistleblowing systems and internal audits contributes positively to fraud prevention efforts. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected via questionnaires distributed to regional heads, branch managers, and bank directors from 46 commercial banks in Bali. The collected data are analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the aid of SPSS versions 25 to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that both the whistleblowing system and internal audit have a significantly positive effect on fraud prevention, suggesting that these mechanisms can strengthen internal control systems and enhance the operational transparency of banks. These findings support the fraud triangle theory and provide practical implications for banks to optimize their reporting systems and internal oversight to prevent fraud.

Abstract

The companys success can be seen from the company's funding conditions which are measured using ratio analysis. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between liquidity ratios, solvency, activity and the financial performance of banking company listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. Data was collected using non-participant observation methods. The sample obtained through purposive sampling with 38 sample units and 84 observations. Data was obtained through non-participant observation methods with panel data regression analysis. The test results show that financial performance is influenced by the solvency ratio, while liquidity and activity have no influence on financial performance.
