Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of aloe vera plants to several types of organic fertilizers. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 7 organic fertilizer treatments namely: Without organic fertilizer, chicken manure, cow manure, goat manure, oil palm empty bunch compost, corn bokashi, and vermicelli Each treatment consisted of 5 replications so that there were 35 units of experiment with 4 plants per plot, two of them were used as sample plants, and the whole plant became 140 plants. The parameters observed in this study were the increase in the number of leaf midribs (leaves), leaf width (cm), leaf midrib length (cm), leaf weight (gram), plant biomass (gram) and root volume (ml). The last observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the level of 5%. Research shows that the response of aloe vera plants to several types of organic fertilizers significantly affects the parameters of leaf width, leaf midrib length, leaf weight, and plant biomass. The best treatment on cow manure with a dose of 50 g / plant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effects of various types of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of four varieties of green bean plants. This study uses a factorial Randomized Complete Design. The first factor is a variety of liquid organic fertilizer (C) consisting of 4 levels, while the second factor is a variety of green bean varieties (V) consisting of 4 levels. Of these two factors, there are 16 combinations of treatments with 3 replications. Then there are 48 experimental units. Each unit consists of 15 plants. The parameters observed were as follows: plant height and flowering age. Data from observations from each treatment were analyzed statistically and continued with a further test of Honest Real Difference (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed that both the interaction and the main influence of giving liquid fertilizer to various varieties influenced plant height and flowering age. Interactively, the best treatment was in the administration of POMI 4 cc / l in varieties of the Murai variety (C2V4). Singularly the best treatment for POMI 4 cc / l (C2) in the best variety is Walnuts (V1).

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of giving NPK Grower fertilizer and defoliation to seed development and corn crop production. The design used in this study was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is NPK Grower (N) fertilizer with a dose of 0, 7.5, 15, 22.5g / plant while the second factor is Defoliation (D) with some 0, 2, 4, all leaves under the cob. The parameters observed were changes in seed dry weight (g), changes in seed moisture content (%), speed of accumulation of dry matter (mg / seeds / day), effective filling time (days), harvest age (days), and dry shelled weight ( g). The last observation data were analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the level of 5%. The results showed that interactively giving NPK Grower and Defoliation fertilizer had a significant effect on changes in seed dry weight, changes in seed moisture content, speed of dry matter accumulation, harvest age and dry shell weight. The best treatment is in the combination of 22.5g / plant NPK Grower fertilizer treatment and Defoliation of all leaves under the cob (N3D3). The main effect of NPK Grower fertilizer has a significant effect on all parameters. The best treatment for NPK Grower fertilizer is 22.5g / plant (N3). The main effect of Defoliation has a significant effect on all parameters. Best treatment Defoliate all leaves under the cob (D3).
