Abstract

Purpose- is to findout the the effect of leadership, discipline on work performance in Sport Stube Restauran Pondok Indah Golf Design/methology/approach- The employee of Stube were selected as respondent, while the multiple regression analysis is applied by using SPSS version 20. Findings- The employees of Stude Restaurant are not really affected strongly by leadership, but discipline. When both variables applied and tested simulataneously, it is still not strong enough. It is just in a moderate state. Research limitations –The limited variables apllied in this research is one of the handicap and barrier in this study. Practical implications- In the next study, compensation, and motivation variables are among the suggested to be deployed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership, and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at Menara Peninsula Hotel Jakarta. The population of this study were 306 respondents, the sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive technique due to time limitation and efficiency. Data collection technique using questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and realibility. Data were analyzed by descriptive and quatitative. The regression analysis started with the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedaticity test, linearity test) afterward by multiple linear regression analysis. The model determined by hypotheses testing applied F test, t test, correlation test, and the coefficient determination (R2). The result showed that the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, the leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, where all variables simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at Menara Peninsula Hotel Jakarta.

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the independent variable namely promotion, work dicipline, and work motivation of the dependent variable, namely worrk productivity. Design/methology/approach- The study was conducted using quantitative descriptive techniques, which collect data employee who working at Harris Vertu Yello Harmoni Jakarta by distributing questionare to 95 respondens. The results of this test were analyzed by the Multiple Linier Regression method using SPSS Statistic 20.00. The analysis technique used was by testing the validity and realibility, the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regresion analysis and hyphotesis testing in theform of test (test, correlation test (R) and coefficient of determination (R2). Findings- The result showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of promotion, work diciplin, and work motivation influence to work productivity in Hotel Harris Vertu Yello Harmoni Jakarta.
