Abstract

ABSTRAC This study aims to determine and analyze the Number of Business Units (SMEs), Investment Value, and Minimum Wage on Labor Absorption in Merauke Regency from 2012 to 2021. The data used in this study are secondary data. Data is analyzed using quantitative methods, and the technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS application version 21. The results of the study show that the number of Business Units (SMEs) has a positive and significant influence on Labor Absorption, with a coefficient value of 1.216 and a significance value of 0.021. The Investment Value variable has a negative and insignificant influence on Labor Absorption with a coefficient value of -3.364 and a significance value of 0.015, while the Minimum Wage variable has a negative and insignificant influence on Labor Absorption with a coefficient value of -0.458 and a significance value of 0.526. Simultaneously, the number of Business Units (SMEs), Investment Value, and Minimum Wage have an influence on Labor Absorption in Merauke Regency. Abstract

A study to determine the level of net income of rice mill entrepreneurs and to determine the efficiency level of rice mill entrepreneurs in Waninggap Miraf Village Merauke. opulation in this study was 25 people and the samples taken in the study were 25 people Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis tool used to determine the level of income is profitability analysis: =RT-TC. The results showed that all rice mill entrepreneurs did not get a loss, this was because all rice mill entrepreneurs had production costs that were issued and they earned a large enough income or income so that they made a profit.

Abstract

“Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Di Distrik Sota Kabupaten Merauke’’ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keseluruhan data Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (PTK) di Kabupaten Merauke. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (PTK) Tahun 2009– 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data korelasi merupakan bagian dari penerapan statistika yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keeratan atau derajat kekuatan hubungan linier dari suatu variabel dengan variabel lain. Keeratan suatu hubungan ini dinyatakan dengan besaran nilai korelasi (r) yang nilainya berada dalam rentang -1 sampai dengan 1. Jika nilai yang diperoleh semakin dekat ke angka 1 itu berarti hubungan semakin kuat dan arah hubungan tersebut adalah searah, tanda positif menunjukkan arah yang sama atau searah. Hasil Penelitian Distrik Sota merupakan bagian dari salah satu dari 20 Distrik di Kabupaten Merauke, dengan luas wilayah +2.600,54 Km2. Batas Wilayah Distrik Secara Administrasi; Sebelah timur Papua New Guinea, Sebelah barat Distrik Jagebob & Tanah Merah, Sebelah utara Distrik Elikobel, Sebelah selatan Distrik Merauke. Kata kunci : Jumlah Unit Usaha Ukm, Nilai Investasi Ukm,Upah Minimum Ukm, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja (PTK).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of economic growth and the Human Development Index on Poverty in Merauke District 2015-2022, the type of data used is secondary data from 2015 to 2020. The research approach used was a quantitative approach, a method based on the philosophy of positivism and using double linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. Data analysis using quantitative associative methods and the analysis techinique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study show that partially the economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Merauke Distric with a coefficient value of 0,062 and a signivicance value of 0,029. While the human development index variable has a nagative and insignificant effect on poverty in Merauke District with a coefficient value of -0,060 and a significance value of 0,072. Simultaneously variable human development index and economic growth have an influence on poverty in Merauke District. Keywords: Economic growth, Human Development Index and Poverty
