Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah (budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis) dalam memilih koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah (KSPPS). Dalam penelitian ini yang tempat yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu KSPPS BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah nasabah BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling sebanyak 91 sampel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Secara parsial faktor sosial, faktor pribadi atau personal, maupun faktor psikologis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the behavior of members of Islamic cooperatives in using savings products. The sharia cooperative which is the object of research here is KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah. The research method in this study used quantitative methods, using questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to members of the KSPPS BMT Amanah Ummah. Source of data using primary and secondary flat. Data collection techniques, using questionnaires. Questionnaire is a data collection technique that is carried out by giving a set of questions and statements. Identity and variable questions are entered on a score scale of 1-5. The research results show that: 1) Products partially do not have a significant effect on behavior; 2) Price has no significant effect on behavior; 3) Place has no effect on behavior partially, place has no significant effect on behavior; 4) Promotion of behavior partially has a significant effect; 5) People towards the resulting behavior partially do not have a significant effect on behavior; 6) The process of behavior partially has a significant effect on behavior; and 7) Physical evidence of behavior partially does not have a significant effect on behavior. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of the analysis and discussion that have been completed are described, it can be concluded that product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence simultaneously influence the behavior of members of Islamic cooperatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity on job satisfaction of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura employees. This study uses probability sampling and 30 respondents who are employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of Koppontren Al-Anis Kartasura, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling technique, which is a sample determination technique where all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample for this research consists of 30 people as respondents. The results of this research indicate that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (3,036) > ttable (1,705). Coworkers support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.067) > ttable (1.705). Religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction based on the ttest (2.353) > ttable (1.705). Work motivation, co-worker support, and religiosity have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. Work motivation as the most dominant independent variable affects job satisfaction as the dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of Islamic Business Ethics to Drinks at Teh Tarik Jodi Manahan increases buying interest and consumer satisfaction. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using procedures, namely through the process of data collection, data sources, data analysis and data validity. From the results of this research, it can be seen that in the application of Islamic business ethics, it has been fully implemented, including the principles of orderly administration and transparency in price setting, which has been implemented is relying on God's provisions (tauhid), selling halal and good quality goods, not using oaths, being loose and be generous. The impact of implementing Islamic business ethics is that life becomes more blessed and fulfilled and the number of customers increases so that income also increases. Obstacles faced include unstable raw material prices, the solution is that traders must be clever at innovating and creative so that profits can be maximized, tight business competition, the solution is to highlight food and drinks that are their specialty, traders cannot predict market conditions, the solution is to cook less food if it is finished cooking again. The final obstacle is that the quality of taste can change at any time. The solution is that the stall owner must ensure the quality of the taste of the food and drinks he sells himself.
