Abstract

The financial industry as the financial support of the state is not only support with the banking industry but also support non-banks industry, one of them is insurance. Islamic insurance is a risk management effort that will occur in the future that applies the concept of Islam in its operations. Accidents and natural disasters can occur at any time, especially when living in a country like Indonesia, people try to minimize financial losses caused by disasters that it can be save with insurance. An understanding of the participants about Polis in Islamic Insurance become a reason of the researcher to analyze the influence of the participant in Islamic Insurance. This research was carried out to determine the influence of services and procedures of claim submission towards participants' interest in Islamic insurance. The method used by researchers was a quantitative descriptive method by looking for significance between variables using a simple formula of multiple correlation, with data collecting techniques those are observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. With sampling techniques of the population amount 61 respondent with purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Service (X1) and the Claim Submission Procedure (X2) affected customer interest in Sharia Insurance (Y). The Fcounting and Ftable tests showed that the results were significant, that the Fcounting value was greater than Ftable (35.11 > 3.16), while the coefficient of determination was indicated by the R2 value of 0.5476 or 54.76% affecting the interest of customers in Islamic insurance, while 45.24% was influenced by other variables unobserved.

Abstract

AbstrakAsia pasifik memegang peranan terbesar dalam menyumbang emisi gobal, tahun 2060 menjadi target Indonesia dalam mencapai komitmen penurunan emisi GRK, Net Zero Emission. Sektor energi menjadi peranan utama dalam menyumbang emisi tersebut. Namun, tahun 2020 secara global, setiap negara terdampak adanya wabah penyakit COVID-19. Indonesia terimbas triple shocks yaitu penurunan permintaan energi, fluktuasi harga energi dunia, dan fluktuasi nilai tukar rupiah. Selain itu, dampak yang timbul dari adanya konflik militer antara Rusia-Ukraina juga menimbulkan isu krisis energi di beberapa negara. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa yang terjadi dengan tujuan menghasilkan upaya dan perencanaan strategis dalam mendorong percepatan transisi energi dari fosil menjadi Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) dengan melihat peluang dari berbagai sisi. Selain itu pemulihan ekonomi dan stabilisasi pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi syarat utama dalam melangsungkan transisi energi dan EBT diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Transisi Energi, Konflik Militer, Covid-19, Energi Terbarukan, Emisi AbstractAsia Pacific plays the largest role in contributing to global emissions, by 2060 it will be Indonesia's target in achieving its GHG emission reduction commitment, Net Zero Emission. The energy sector plays a major role in contributing to these emissions. However, in 2020 globally, every country was affected by the COVID-19 disease outbreak. Indonesia was affected by triple shocks, namely a decrease in energy demand, fluctuations in world energy prices, and fluctuations in the rupiah exchange rate. In addition, the impact arising from the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine also raises the issue of energy crises in several countries. This research describes and analyzes phenomena, events that occur with the aim of producing efforts and strategic planning in encouraging the acceleration of the energy transition from fossil to New and Renewable Energy (EBT) by looking at opportunities from various sides. In addition, economic recovery and stabilization of economic growth are the main requirements in carrying out the energy and NRE transition are expected to improve the Indonesian economy.
