Abstract

Penelitian desain PT. Zinus Dream Indonesia mencakup perencanaan fasilitas industri dengan berbagai aspek fungsional dan teknis yang terkait dengan peraturan nasional dan standar industri. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaturan arus lalu lintas, penyediaan fasilitas parkir, desain sirkulasi internal dan eksternal, serta penyediaan fasilitas pejalan kaki dalam kawasan industri. Selain itu, perhitungan kebutuhan ruang parkir, bukaan ventilasi, pencahayaan, dan ketinggian plafon juga menjadi bagian integral dari penelitian ini. Hasil dari desain ini menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek teknis telah terpenuhi sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keselamatan dalam kawasan industri.

Abstract

Perumahan Suta Kasa Tangerang dirancang dengan konsep green building untuk menciptakan hunian yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas desain tersebut dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penghuni. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan studi kasus melalui observasi lapangan serta wawancara dengan tim pengembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi efisiensi energi, sistem drainase berkelanjutan, dan ruang terbuka hijau berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan nyaman. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya desain bangunan hijau dalam mendukung hunian urban yang ramah lingkungan serta menjadi model pembangunan perumahan masa depan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the design of Command Centers for Regencies and Cities in West Java as a control and coordination center in handling emergency situations and decision making. The design of the Command Center includes various supporting facilities such as a reception area, main room, meeting room, equipment room, pantry, rest room, prayer room, and toilet, which are designed to support effective and efficient operations. Using advanced technology in visualization and telecommunications, this Command Center is expected to increase the capacity of local government response to crises that occur, by facilitating better communication and coordination between various stakeholders. This study also considers the specific needs of each region and compliance with applicable standards, so that the resulting design is not only functional but also adaptive to technological developments and future needs.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development and preservation of the Megalithic Site of Gunung Padang in Cianjur, West Java, which is one of the largest megalithic sites in Southeast Asia. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential and challenges in managing this site as a sustainable cultural tourism destination. The research methods used include a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis to evaluate aspects of topography, accessibility, and environmental sustainability. The findings show that proper management and the development of educational tourism facilities are crucial to maintaining the site's preservation and enhancing visitor experiences. The study also recommends improving accessibility and implementing sustainable waste management as part of conservation efforts. Thus, this research provides significant contributions to the preservation of cultural heritage and the development of sustainable tourism in West Java.

Abstract

The Green Architecture approach is a research theme in relation to environmental problems and global warming issues that affect building design. The purpose of this research using qualitative methods is to obtain design results with the Green Architecture concept and to highlight Acehnese architecture and Islamic architecture. Analysis is carried out on existing building data and interview results with users and stakeholders. The conclusion and suggestion are to obtain the design results of an integrated laboratory and greenhouse which aims to be a model that can be applied to similar buildings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the design and development planning of the Green Casa Duo Cluster in the Talaga Bestari area, Tangerang, which is designed to meet the needs of modern housing that is environmentally friendly and in harmony with nature. With an area of ??270 hectares, this area is equipped with various facilities such as parks, schools, sports clubs, and other recreational facilities that support a healthy and harmonious life for its residents. This study analyzes the concept of housing, planning of facilities and infrastructure, and fulfillment of building technical standards based on regulations in force in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the Green Casa Duo Cluster has succeeded in integrating modern architectural elements with the natural environment, making it an ideal residential area that prioritizes comfort and quality of life.
