Abstract

The threat of a global economic recession in 2023 is a concern for many countries, including Indonesia, which is affected by the continuing conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Food crises and budget deficits are serious problems in various countries today. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) reports that economic recessions generally occur when gross domestic product (GDP), unemployment rate, and economic growth decline for two consecutive quarters. In addition, inflation is inevitable, and central banks in various countries are also raising interest rates aggressively. All this resulted in major problems that would be difficult to overcome without the concept of Islamic economics. To understand the concept of Islamic economics, massive da'wah efforts by da'is are needed. They must continue to improve their understanding of Islam, both in terms of ubudiyah and muamalah. Their da'wah material is expected to be an inspiration and solution to overcome various problems faced by the people. The purpose of da'wah is to change people's attitudes and behavior for the better, both individually, family, and society, so that their way of thinking and way of life change for the better. In the economic context, the balance between supply and demand, the circulation of money as a medium of exchange, and the production activities of basic necessities are important keys. Islamic economic da'wah promotes this balance and promotes economic justice. The role of the Islamic economy is expected to be an intermediary in production activities, so that the real sector of the economy can run balanced and fair, even in the face of economic crisis or recession.

Abstract

Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) play an essential role in poverty alleviation, wealth distribution, and national development. However, the management of ZIS in Indonesia is often suboptimal due to factors such as low awareness of zakat obligations, reluctance to donate, and lack of trust in zakat institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, religiosity, and institutional image on muzakki's interest in fulfilling ZIS at LAZIS Wahdah Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach through a survey involving muzakki respondents at LAZIS Wahdah Jakarta. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to identify the impact of these factors on muzakki's interest. The findings reveal that service quality, religiosity, and the image of zakat institutions significantly influence muzakki's intention to fulfill ZIS obligations. These results highlight the importance for zakat institutions to enhance service quality, build a positive institutional image, and strengthen muzakki religiosity values to optimize ZIS management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep tauhid dalam perspektif Nashir al-Umar serta implementasinya dalam dakwah dan pendidikan di era kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis terhadap karya-karya Nashir al-Umar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah dan pendidikan berbasis tauhid perlu diarusutamakan melalui media-media dakwah digital, penguatan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta peran sentral keluarga sebagai wadah awal pembinaan tauhid. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi informasi harus dimaksimalkan untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan tauhid secara moderat dan efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya wacana keislaman dan dakwah, serta implikasi praktis bagi para da’i, pendidik, dan pengambil kebijakan dalam membentuk generasi muslim yang kokoh dalam aqidah dan tangguh menghadapi tantangan zaman.
