<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai praktik praduga yang tidak dimonopoli oleh media massa melalui praktik pemberitaan selektif berdasarkan perspektif pers melalui Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana dan Undang-Undang Nomor 49 Tahun Kekuasaan Kehakiman 2009, dan untuk memastikan apakah benar Pers Menembus Persidangan dari Yurisdiksi Independen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian hukum normatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah putusan pers terkait persidangan Ferdy Sambo bukan merupakan putusan ringkasan atau asas praduga tak bersalah. Dalam menjalankan tugas, hak-hak, tanggung jawab, dan peranannya perlu seseorang menguasai dan menyampaikan hak asasi kepada setiap individu. Sehubungan dengan frasa "pers telah melanggar praduga tak bersalah yang dijunjung tinggi dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana," pers telah melanggar prinsip praduga tak bersalah yang dijunjung tinggi dalam Trial by The Press . Dalam kasus Ferdy Sambo, media massa dapat menciptakan tekanan dan opini publik yang dapat mempengaruhi independensi hakim. Hakim dapat merasa terpaksa untuk mempertimbangkan opini publik yang sudah terbentuk atau dapat mencoba menghindari persepsi negatif dari masyarakat. ABSTRACT This study aims to answer the questions "Is the Press True?" and "Are there any presumptive practices that are not monopolized by the mass media?" by analyzing the Criminal Procedure Code and Law Number 49 of Judicial Power of 2009 from the viewpoint of the press.
