Abstract

Since the early 2000s, digitalization and the digital economy have developed rapidly and rapidly changed all aspects of social life. Digital platform ecosystems in Vietnam are still in their early stages of development, but they are growing rapidly. These digital platforms are playing an increasingly important role in the Vietnamese economy. They are driving innovation, economic growth, and job creation. This article will analyze some of the current development status of the digital economic ecosystem in Vietnam: the advantages as well as the difficulties and challenges that Vietnam will face. The article will provide some policy suggestions for Vietnam in developing the digital economic ecosystem from these analyses.

Abstract

Signing and implementing FTAs, especially new-generation FTAs, has promoted economic growth and improved Vietnamese society's spiritual and material life. Agricultural products are one of the industries most affected by implementing new-generation FTAs. Those impacts include both positive and negative results. This paper will analyze some of the effects of the EU Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) on agricultural export enterprises in Vietnam after signing the Agreement. From that impact analysis, the paper will offer several recommendations and solutions for businesses and the government to help agricultural export enterprises in Vietnam take full advantage and benefit, also limit the negative impacts of FTAs.

Abstract

Population aging has an impact on many socio-economic aspects of each country. Population aging will also create many challenges for Vietnam, especially growth issues, labor supply and productivity, social security and health care systems, and pension funds. and social problems arise. The transition time from an aging population to an aging population in Vietnam is faster than in other countries, and especially when Vietnam is still a developing country with a low, middle income, these challenges are even more difficult for the economy. This article will evaluate the impacts of population aging in Vietnam on socioeconomic development and provide some policy suggestions for Vietnam's development process.
