Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the domestic tourism market in Serang Regency, focusing on the characteristics, behavior, and typology of tourists that visited the region over the period of 2021-2022. This endeavor is undertaken by the Serang Regency Government to discern the prevailing tourism patterns following the pandemic. Approach This study utilized a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to accomplish its objectives. A survey was conducted on a sample of 203 respondents using the basic random sampling approach. Most tourists visiting Serang Regency can be classified as dedicated nature tourists. They are motivated to visit coastal locations for social interaction, whereas their motive is to travel to the highlands in Serang Regency for the purpose of seeking novelty and acquiring new knowledge. Tourists tend to prioritize activities that provide relaxation in natural environments. The findings of this research on the tourism market in Serang Regency have significant significance. They can serve as a valuable resource for formulating effective tourism marketing policies and enhancing the development of tourism products in Serang Regency. To evaluate the efficacy of implementing the findings of this study, it is imperative to conduct additional scientific research, such as an examination of the elements that impact tourists' pleasure and decision-making to visit Serang Regency.

Abstract

This study investigates the preference and motviations of Generation Z tourist in river enviromnets, with focul on West Java, Indonesia. Using a structured survey approach targeting 140 respondents, the research findings indicate that recreational motivations and connection with nature are central to visitor satisfaction, complemented by infrastructure quality and tranquility. Statistical analysis revealed strong interconnections between the factors influencing activity choices and the quality of visitor experiences, providing deeper insight into what drives satisfaction in river environments.. The study underscores the potential of river-based tourism to integrate environmental, cultural, and economic objectives while addressing sustainability challenges. Future research should explore longitudinal studies and expanded cultural contexts to further optimize tourism strategies.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy but often face challenges in technology adoption. This research identifies factors and barriers to technology acceptance in MSMEs, aims to formulate support strategies, and highlights the role of all in increasing technology acceptance. The results are expected to provide practical solutions for the MSME sector. This research uses qualitative methods with bibliometric techniques using the Vosviewers application. Searches used keywords such as external stimuli, Obstacle, Opportunity, Challenge, Cognitive response, and Readiness. The idea was to search for articles via Publish or Perish with 762 articles, which were then processed using VosViewers. The analysis results found that scientific mapping and the possibility of future research regarding technology acceptance could be used as a recommendation variable for future researchers as a reference for subsequent articles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial Instagram dalam mendukung pemasaran digital di Lokawisata Baturraden. Berdasarkan analisis, pengelolaan akun Instagram @lokawisata_baturraden belum maksimal sesuai dengan teori S.O.M.E oleh Regina Luttrell. Keterlibatan pengelola dalam membangun citra dan menginformasikan konten masih rendah, sementara optimasi konten tidak dilakukan secara efektif karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap preferensi audiens. Selain itu, respons terhadap interaksi pengunjung juga belum optimal, dengan penggunaan alat pemantauan media sosial yang masih terbatas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan dalam strategi keterlibatan, optimasi konten, serta respons cepat terhadap interaksi guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran digital.
