Abstract

Potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata menjadi bagian dari produk kreativitas manusia. Desa wisata merupakan suatu destinasi wisata yang di dalamnya mencerminkan kearifan lokal suatu daerah. Kearifan lokal yang ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat yaitu: kesenian tradisional, adat istiadat, pertanian,sejarah dan budaya. Desa Budo terletak di Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten Minahasa Utara merupakan desa wisata dengan keunikan keindahan hutan mangrove dan dermaga di pesisir pantai. Potensi wisata ada di desa Budoberupa wisata alam, budaya dan edukasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis potensi-potensi wisata yang berkaitan dengan kearifan lokal dan merekomendasikan pengembangan desa wisata berbasis kearifan lokal di desa Budo Minahasa Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif melalui observasi secara langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak- pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah konsep 4 A digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi dan pengembangan wisata melalui analisis kearifan lokal. Hasil Penelitian potensi kearifan lokal yang ada di desa wisata Budo masih dilestarikan sampai saat ini. Beberapa faktor pedukung seperti atraksi , amneitas dan aksebilitas dan aselery sangat mendukung di desa Budo sehingga dapat berkembang menjadi kawasan wisata alam dan budaya. Pengembangan desa wisata berbasisi kearifan lokal yang ada di desa Budo yaitu pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis kearifan lokal ; Pengembangan atraksi budaya dan seni seperti : Pertunjukan daur hidup manusia yang ada di masyarakat desa Budo; Pertunjukan panen pohon buah kelapa. Pertunjukan perahu terapung atau lomba perahu; Pertunjukan pasar terapung ; Pertunjukan pesta adat Tulude ; Pertunjukan tarian masamper ; Pertunjukan tarian pato-pato; Pertunjukan kuliner; Pertunjukan bakar Ikan ; Pertunjukan pembuatan kerajinan ginto dan kerajinan batok kelapa dan paket perjalanan khusus kawasan desa wisata Budo.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in the Indonesian economy, including in North Sulawesi, with theMangrove ecotourism of Budo Village which has great potential. However, the quality of service andhospitality at this tourist attraction still needs to be improved to attract tourists. This study aims toanalyze the quality of service and hospitality at the Budo Village Mangrove tourist attraction, andprovide recommendations for necessary improvements. The research method used is a qualitativeapproach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, anddocument studies. Researchers conducted interviews with 30 tourists who had visited, and made directobservations at the location. Indicators used to analyze service quality include five indicators, namelytangible, reliability, assurance, empathy, and responsiveness, while hospitality is analyzed throughpolite, kind, and friendly attitudes. The results showed that the quality of service at the Budo VillageMangrove tourist attraction was adequate, but there were still shortcomings, especially in terms ofcleanliness and speed of service. Tangible and reliability indicators show that facilities are good, butwaste management and food delivery time need to be improved. Hospitality is generally good, but thefriendly attitude of reception staff and cashiers still needs to be improved. The researcher alsofound that the manager's attention to visitors was lacking, which impacted the tourist experience.The conclusion of this study is that although Budo Village Mangrove Tourism attraction has providedsatisfactory services, there are still some aspects that need to be improved to enhance the touristexperience. Suggestions for managers include improving cleanliness, training staff to improve friendlyattitudes, and providing security tools. Future research is recommended to expand the scope ofvariables studied and use quantitative methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
