Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam layanan kesehatan telah mendorong digitalisasi sistem pendaftaran pasien untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerimaan sistem pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan di RS Radjiman Wediodiningrat menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menambahkan aksesibilitas sebagai variabel eksternal. Metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional diterapkan pada 100 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa enam variabel yang diuji Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), dan Behavioral Intention (BI), Actual System Use (ASU), dan Accessibility (AC) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan sistem (nilai sig. < 0,05). Aksesibilitas juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap PU (koefisien 0,646) dan PEOU (koefisien 0,759). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemudahan akses dan antarmuka pengguna yang baik dapat mendorong adopsi teknologi oleh pasien. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menyarankan RS Radjiman Wediodiningrat untuk memperbaiki infrastruktur sistem guna meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efisiensi layanan.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UMKM di Kota Batu dalam memperkuat brand awareness produk melalui pelatihan berbasis Artificial Intelligence. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Learning and Action yang mengedepankan interaksi aktif dan praktik langsung dari para peserta pelatihan. Materi pelatihan mencakup konsep dasar branding, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta aplikasi teknologi AI seperti Canva dan ChatGPT dalam pembuatan desain visual untuk meningkatkan brand awareness produk UMKM. Evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan rata-rata pemahaman peserta, dari skor awal 63 menjadi 90,33. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa metode pelatihan yang digunakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi para peserta. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong peserta untuk lebih percaya diri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pemasaran digital, sehingga mampu bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to various sectors, including healthcare. Digital technology, particularly mobile applications, enables increased efficiency, accessibility, and service quality. In the context of digital healthcare, effective user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design are key factors in increasing application adoption by users. This study aims to design a mobile application for Klinik Pratama using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach and integrating local cultural values in Malang City to improve accessibility and user satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with respondents, participant observation, and prototype evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The cultural dimensions used include Power Distance, Collectivism, Uncertainty Avoidance, Masculinity vs. Femininity, and Long-Term Orientation, which are then implemented in UI design elements. The evaluation results show that the integration of UCD with a culture-based approach can significantly increase the application's usability value, with an average SUS score of 86.75 for patients, 87.5 for doctors, and 85.83 for administrative staff. All scores are included in the 'Good' category with a letter grade of 'B' based on the interpretation of the SUS standard. These findings confirm that a user-oriented design approach to culture can promote the inclusivity and effectiveness of primary digital health services through design strategies that are adaptive to local culture.

Abstract

Gangguan tidur merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang dapat berdampak pada kualitas hidup seseorang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan akurasi prediksi gangguan tidur, teknologi kecerdasan buatan telah banyak dimanfaatkan, khususnya melalui pendekatan algoritma machine learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan komparasi terhadap lima algoritma boosting, yaitu AdaBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, Gradient Boosting, dan XGBoost menggunakan dataset Sleep Health and Lifestyle. Adapun tahap penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data, prapemrosesan data, normalisasi, serta evaluasi model. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, algoritma CatBoost menunjukkan performa paling unggul dibandingkan dengan algoritma lainnya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma CatBoost memberikan performa terbaik dengan akurasi sebesar 97,37%, presisi 96,29%, recall 95,83%, dan F1-score 95,82%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan CatBoost berasal dari kemampuannya dalam menangani fitur kategorikal secara langsung tanpa memerlukan encoding tambahan, serta kemampuannya dalam mengurangi overfitting dibandingkan dengan metode boosting lainnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model prediksi berbasis boosting khususnya CatBoost dapat dijadikan alat bantu yang efektif dalam deteksi gangguan tidur secara lebih akurat.

Abstract

Queue systems play pivotal roles in banking services, affecting both operational effectiveness and client satisfaction. The issue of long waiting times and unequal distribution of services across all regions of Indonesia remains a significant issue. Using the PRISMA methodology to perform a systematic literature review (SLR), this research investigates the last 5 years of 25 digital queue management academic works. The selection process to narrow this down began with the Sinta and Garuda databases, although more from Scopus were used to validate the research. The research indicates that identified technologies, such as online queue systems, self-service kiosks, and reservation systems, can improve customer satisfaction and experience by greatly decreasing waiting times. However, the majority of the observations are based on theoretical models or narrow case studies, leading to doubts regarding the generalizability of their findings. The effectiveness of the solutions proposed is highly dependent on the region's infrastructure as well as the users' capacity to utilize the available technology. The integration of queue theory and process simulation provides a foundational approach to the design of systems with improved efficiency. However, there are still significant obstacles to overcome: deficient digital infrastructure, low levels of technological literacy, and poorly integrated systems. Sufficient, systematic responses are required to these issues, as well as more localized systematic studies, to improve queue management systems in the context of the Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

The digital revolution has transformed how brands connect with their audiences, making social media platforms essential tools for building strong relationships. Instagram and TikTok play crucial roles in boosting user engagement, particularly among active users who have integrated these platforms into their daily lives for both information seeking and entertainment purposes. Our study examines how digital strategies can drive engagement rate improvements across social media channels, focusing on creative content usage and channel selection that matches target audience characteristics. We employed quantitative methodology through direct observation of interaction indicators including views, likes, comments, shares, and saves. Performance analysis compared social media metrics before and after digital strategy implementation. As a case study, we analyzed Kogu Cafe, a culinary business that began implementing visual content strategies, expanding distribution channels through TikTok, and establishing collaborations with local influencers. Results demonstrate substantial engagement rate increases. On Instagram, user involvement grew from approximately 1.5% to over 5% within three months. Meanwhile, TikTok achieved peak performance in April with an engagement rate of 5.42%. Influencer collaborations with Khuril and Bibilcu also generated positive impacts, producing engagement levels of 7.20% and 5.79% respectively. These findings indicate that well-structured digital strategies adapted to audience behavior patterns can deliver measurable impacts on social media performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Byond by BSI di Kota Malang dengan menggunakan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang berfokus pada variabel Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), dan Attitude Toward Using (ATU). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 145 responden, di mana instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta memenuhi kriteria yang dipersyaratkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan meningkatkan persepsi kegunaan dan secara langsung mendorong sikap positif terhadap aplikasi, sementara manfaat yang dirasakan juga memperkuat sikap positif pengguna. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi TAM dalam konteks perbankan syariah Indonesia, yang masih terbatas dieksplorasi, sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembang mobile banking untuk merancang fitur yang sederhana, fungsional, dan berorientasi pada pengalaman pengguna guna meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas.

Abstract

Tim pemasar suatu perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan berinteraksi secara lebih intens dengan para pelanggan. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi tim pemasar untuk promosi digital adalah bagaimana memilih platform sosial media yang paling tepat agar dapat mencapai tujuan promosi yang optimal. Keputusan untuk memilih platform sosial media ini melibatkan sejumlah kriteria seperti content, impression, cost, look and feel, dan audience fit. Urutan rekomendasi platform media sosial sebagai sarana promosi yang dihasilkan penelitian ini adalah Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, dan LinkedIn. Urutan rekomendasi tersebut berhasil didapatkan dengan pendekatan optimasi weight Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan Genetic Algorithm (GA) untuk rekomendasi platform media sosial sebagai sarana promosi digital. Optimasi yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan keakurasian peringkat dari 95% ke 97% yang dihasilkan melalui perhitungan fitness yang menggunakan rumus Spearman Correlation. Penelitian ini juga berhasil menarik kesimpulan terkait bidang AHP-GA yang menyatakan bahwa popsize mempengaruhi nilai fitness. Semakin tinggi popsize, maka semakin besar potensi nilai fitness yang dihasilkan, namun peningkatan popsize itu sendiri tidak menjamin perolehan nilai fitness yang lebih baik sehingga perlu memikirkan faktor lainnya pula. Selain itu, semakin banyaknya jumlah generasi maka proses evolusi akan semakin sering terjadi. Tiap generasinya akan melakukan crossover dan mutasi, sehingga hal ini berpengaruh pada semakin beragamnya individu yang dihasilkan dan pada akhirnya dapat membantu menemukan solusi yang lebih baik.   Abstract A company's marketing team can use social media to expand marketing reach and interact more intensely with customers. One of the main challenges faced by marketers for digital promotion is how to choose the most appropriate social media platforms to achieve optimal promotional goals. The decision to choose a social media platform involves several criteria such as content, impression, cost, look and feel, and audience fit. The order of recommendations for social media platforms as a means of promotion resulting from this research are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The sequence of recommendations was successfully obtained using the weight Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) optimization approach using Genetic Algorithm (GA) for social media platform recommendations as a means of digital promotion. The optimization carried out was proven to increase ranking accuracy from 95% to 97% which was produced through fitness calculations using the Spearman Correlation formula. This study also succeeded in drawing conclusions related to the AHP-GA field which stated that popsize affects fitness values. The higher the popsize, the greater the potential fitness value generated, however increasing the popsize itself does not guarantee obtaining a better fitness value so you need to think about other factors as well. In addition, the greater the number of generations, the more frequently the evolutionary process will occur. Each generation will carry out crossover and mutation, so this influences the resulting more diverse individuals and can ultimately help find better solutions.

Abstract

The ruminant livestock sector, such as sheep and cattle, makes a significant contribution to food security and the national economy. However, livestock data management, which is still carried out manually, remains a major challenge in improving operational efficiency, as seen in the Sarwa Adem Mulya (SAM) Cooperative. This study aims to design a prototype of a mobile-based livestock monitoring system called Ruminant Watch, using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach to align with the needs and limitations of field users. The research was conducted through five main stages: literature review, specification of the usage context, identification of user needs, design solution development using Figma, and usability evaluation through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The testing results showed an average SUS score of 87, which falls into the “Excellent” category. This indicates that the developed prototype system is not only easy to use but also relevant and effective in supporting livestock monitoring activities. This design is expected to serve as an initial step toward the digitalization of ruminant farming that is more efficient and adaptive to users’ capabilities.
