Abstract

Tuberkulosis di Indonesia berada diperingkat kedua setelah India, menurut WHO tahun 2021 menyatakan di Indonesia insiden TB mencapai 969.000 kasus. Pengobatan tuberkulosis memerlukan lebih banyak obat dalam terapi sehingga memperbesar kemungkinan terjadinya DRPs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya DRPs yang terjadi pada pengobatan tuberkulosis (TB). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat retrospektif dengan data rekam medis, teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis DRPs paling banyak terjadi adalah dosis obat kurang (42%), diikuti interaksi obat (31%), dosis obat lebih (19%), reaksi obat yang merugikan (8%), indikasi tanpa obat (0%), obat tanpa indikasi (0%) dan obat salah (0%).Kata Kunci : TB, DRPs, Penggunaan OATTuberculosis in Indonesia is ranked second after India, according to WHO in 2021, the TB incidence in Indonesia reached 969.000 cases. Tuberculosis treatment requires more drugs in therapy, thereby increasing the possibility of DRPs. This study aims to determine the presenceof DRPs that occur in the treatment of tuberculosis (TB). This type of research is retrospective with medical record data, the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The results showed that the most common type of DRPs were drug dose less (42%), drug interactions (31%), drug dose more (19%), adverse drug reactions (8%), indications without drugs (0%), drugs without indications (0%), and wrong drugs (0%).Keywords : TB, DRPs, OAT use
