Abstract

Abstract: Kaula Muda Coffee Shop in West Kisaran City experienced a significant increase in coffee sales, especially on weekends. This triggers positive and negative impacts that can affect the selling value of coffee. This research aims to determine the best selling coffee drinks at the Kaula Muda Coffee Shop using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method was chosen because it is easy to understand and implement, and is able to optimize several criteria at once. The criteria used in this research are taste, price and appearance. Coffee sales data was collected during a certain period for analysis using the MOORA method. This research shows that the type of coffee with the highest MOORA score is the best-selling coffee drink at Kaula Muda Coffee Shop. The MOORA method has proven to be effective in determining the best selling coffee drinks by considering the criteria of taste, price and appearance. The results of this research can help Kaula Muda Coffee Shop in making decisions regarding marketing and sales strategies for coffee.Keywords: Kaula Muda Coffee Shop; Decision Support System; MOORA MethodeAbstrak: Coffe Shop Kaula Muda di Kota Kisaran Barat mengalami peningkatan penjualan kopi yang signifikan, terutama pada akhir pekan. Hal ini memicu dampak positif dan negatif yang dapat memengaruhi nilai jual kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan minuman kopi best seller di Coffe Shop Kaula Muda dengan menggunakan metode MOORA (MultiObjective Optimization by Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA dipilih karena mudah dipahami dan diimplementasikan, serta mampu mengoptimalkan beberapa kriteria sekaligus. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa, harga, dan tampilan. Data penjualan kopi dikumpulkan selama periode tertentu untuk dianalisa menggunakan metode MOORA. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis kopi dengan nilai MOORA tertinggi adalah minuman kopi best seller di Coffe Shop Kaula Muda. Metode MOORA terbukti efektif dalam menentukan minuman kopi best seller dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria rasa, harga, dan tampilan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu Coffe Shop Kaula Muda dalam mengambil keputusan terkait strategi pemasaran dan penjualan kopi.
