Abstract

The GT Kalinfo application is a technology-based application owned by PT Gajah Tunggal which is implemented in the form of a digital application using a smartphone. This application feature allows employees of PT. Gajah Tunggal can check work schedules, view Products, GT-News, GT-Events, and Games. Measuring the level of user satisfaction with the GT-Kalinfo application uses the ISO 25010:2011 method in the aspects of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Maintainability using the conclusion assessment method, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The number of respondents to measure the Usability aspect is 250 respondents. The measurement results of the total assessment using the ISO 25010 method get a result of 4.76. Based on the assessment, the GT-Kalinfo application received a good description. The GT-Kalinfo application has met the software quality measurement standards based on the ISO 25010 method. However, the sub-modifiability characteristics get a value of 1 with a very bad category so from the results of this study it is recommended to developers so that in the future the system can be easily modified according to user needs both additional functionality or change requests from users.Keywords: Schedule; ISO 25010; Analytical Hierarchy Process AbstrakAplikasi GT Kalinfo merupakan Aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh Perusahaan PT Gajah Tunggal berbasis Teknologi yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi digital menggunakan Smartphone. Fitur aplikasi ini memungkinkan karyawan PT. Gajah Tunggal dapat mengecek penjadwalan kerja, melihat Produk, GT-News, GT-Event, serta Game. Pengukuran Tingkat Kepuasan pengguna terhadap Aplik asi GT-Kalinfo menggunakan metode ISO 25010:2011 pada aspek Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Maintainability dengan menggunakan penilaian metode perhitungan yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Jumlah responden untuk mengukur aspek Usability berjumlah 250 responden. Hasil pengukuran dari total penilaian dengan metode ISO 25010 mendapatkan hasil 4.76. Berdasarkan penilaian, Aplikasi GT-Kalinfo mendapatkan keterangan Baik. Aplikasi GT-Kalinfo telah memenuhi standar pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan metode ISO 25010. Namun demikian sub karakteristik modifiability mendapatkan nilai 1 dengan kategori sangat buruk sehingga dari hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada pengembang agar kedepannya sistem dapat denganmudah untuk dimodifikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna baik itu penambahan fungsi atau permintaan perubahan dari pengguna.Kata kunci: Penjadwalan; ISO 25010; Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

ANR Store's is a business that sells various kinds of office stationery products located in the South Tangerang area. In this store, inventory data management has not been computerized. Data management activities are not well organized, such as recording transactions, recording overall both recording outgoing transactions and recording sales. Inventories of trade goods such as paper and office stationery often run out, and reports on inventory data are not accurate. The purpose of this study is to create a situs web-based inventory system application at ANR Store's with the Rapid Application Development method to assist the management of inventory of goods so as to provide work capabilities in terms of data collection of goods and information on goods, the accuracy of the distribution of goods, and recording transactions to be neater. Testing the inventory situs web with the Blackbox method results in all situs web features running well. Keywords: Office stationery products; Website; Rapid Application Development; Inventory; Goods. AbstrakToko ANR merupakan usaha yang menjual berbagai macam produk alat tulis kantor (ATK) yang terletak di daerah Tangerang Selatan. Pada toko tersebut pengelolaan data persediaan belum terkomputerisasi. Kegiatan pengelolaan data tidak tertata dengan baik, seperti pencatatan transaksi, pencatatan keseluruhan baik pencatatan transaksi keluar masuk maupun pencatatan penjualan. Persediaan barang dagang seperti kertas dan alat tulis kantor sering terjadi kehabisan, serta laporan data persediaan barang tidak akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat aplikasi sistem persediaan barang berbasis situs web pada Toko ANR dengan metode Rapid Application Development untuk membantu manajemen persediaan barang sehingga dapat memberikan kemampuan kerja dalam hal pendataan barang dan informasi barang, keakuratan pendistribusian barang, serta pencatatan transaksi menjadi lebih rapi. Pengujian situs web persediaan barang dengan metode Blackbox menghasilkan semua fitur situs web berjalan dengan baik.
