Abstract

The influence of the pastor's visitation has an impact on the congregation's attendance at worship. Often, pastors feel that the results of their ministry have been maximized if they can preach faithfully to the congregation. However, pastors who visit their congregations less often have the impact of decreasing congregational attendance at worship services. This condition occurs with pastors from various denominations in Melawi Regency which is located in West Kalimantan province. Acts. 9:32-10:27 is used as a theoretical basis because it explains the pastoral visitation made by the Apostle Peter to believers in Asia Minor. This research aims to find out how the pastor's visitation affects congregation attendance. Quantitative methods using the SPSS version 25.0 program were used for data calculations, a valid sample of 93 people from a total of 163 pastors spread across Melawi Regency as the research population. The research results found that pastoral visitation carried out diligently will increase the expansion of the Gospel, family resilience and especially the congregation's attendance at church services. AbstrakPengaruh visitasi gembala sidang memiliki dampak kepada kehadiran jemaat dalam ibadah. Sering kali gembala sidang merasa sudah cukup maksimal hasil pelayanannya kalau dapat berkhotbah dengan setia kepada jemaat. Namun gembala yang kurang mengunjungi jemaatnya, membawa dampak kepada penurunan kehadiran jemaat dalam ibadah. Kondisi ini terjadi dengan para gembala sidang dari berbagai denominasi di Kabupaten Melawi yang terletak di propinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kis. 9:32-10:27 digunakan sebagai landasan teori karena menjelaskan visitasi pastoral yang dilakukan Rasul Petrus kepada orang-orang percaya di Asia Kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh visitasi gembala sidang terhadap kehadiran jemaat. Metode Kuantitatif dengan Program SPSS versi 25.0 dipakai untuk perhitungan data, sampel valid sebanyak 93 orang dari total 163 gembala sidang yang tersebar di Kabupaten Melawi sebagai populasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa visitasi pastoral yang dilakukan dengan tekun dan secara holistik akan meningkatkan perluasan Injil, ketahanan keluarga dan terutama kehadiran jemaat dalam ibadah di gereja.

Abstract

Woke washing marketing is a term used for companies that take advantage of social and environmental issues through marketing their products without committing to implementing them within their own company. This article aims to provide a Christian perspective on woke washing marketing based on the cultural mandate contained in the Bible. The research method used is an interpretative approach, which interprets the phenomenon of woke washing marketing from the perspective of cultural mandate theology. The results of this study state that the woke washing marketing strategy is contrary to the theology of cultural mandate because it only makes social issues and environmental issues a trend that brings profit to the company, without committing to fight for these issues.AbstrakWoke washing marketing adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk perusahaan-perusahaan yang mengambil keuntungan terhadap isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan hidup melalui pemasaran produk mereka tanpa komitmen menerapkannya di dalam perusahaan mereka sendiri. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perspektif Kristen terhadap woke washing marketing berdasarkan mandat budaya yang tertuang dalam Alkitab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan interpretatif, yaitu menginterpretasikan fenomena woke washing marketing dari sudut pandang teologi mandat budaya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi woke washing marketing bertentangan dengan teologi mandat budaya karena hanya menjadikan isu sosial dan isu lingkungan sebagai trend yang mendatangkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan, tanpa berkomitmen memperjuangkan isu-isu tersebut.

Abstract

Original sin is a central concept in Christian theology that refers to man's first transgression of God's commandments and is still widely debated by theologians. This article aims to deepen the theological understanding of original sin by exploring the views of theologians and their impact on religiosity and its widespread consequences on the doctrine of salvation. The method used is a Literature Study with a theological analysis of the text of Genesis 3 and Rome 5:12-19, and references from Christian theologians who lived in the early centuries AD, the Reformation, and modern times. The results of the analysis show the importance of God's grace in dealing with the consequences of original sin that has destroyed human nature and the order of creation totally, and invites Christians to live in repentance, humility, and efforts towards social justice. Thus, the understanding of the origin of sin and its impact contributes to improving the quality of Christian religiosity, namely being full of hope, love, and commitment to peace and justice in the world. AbstrakDosa asal merupakan konsep sentral dalam teologi Kristen yang merujuk pada pelanggaran pertama manusia terhadap perintah Allah dan masih banyak diperdebatkan para teolog. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pemahaman teologis dosa asal dengan mengeksplorasi pandangan para teolog dan dampaknya terhadap religiositas  serta konsekuensi yang meluas pada doktrin keselamatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Studi Pustaka dengan analisis teologis terhadap  teks Kej. 3 dan Rm. 5:12-19,  dan referensi dari para ahli teologi Kristen, yang hidup pada abad permulaan masehi, masa reformasi dan zaman modern.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan pentingnya kasih karunia Allah dalam menghadapi konsekuensi dosa asal yang telah merusak hakekat manusia secara total (kerusakan total) dan tatanan ciptaan, serta mengajak umat Kristen untuk hidup dalam pertobatan, rendah hati, dan upaya menuju keadilan sosial. Dengan demikian, pemahaman tentang dosa asal dan dampaknya memberikan sumbangsih berupa perbaikan kualitas religiositas Kristen menjadi penuh dengan harapan, kasih, dan komitmen untuk perdamaian dan keadilan di dunia.
