Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, halal awareness, and halal labels on the demand for halal food and beverage products in Alun-alun Trunojoyo Sampang as an effort to increase halal awareness of the community, especially traders. Given that the first stage of mandatory halal is applied to food and beverage products, as well as service products until the final deadline, namely October 17, 2024. The variables used in this study are price, halal awareness, and halal labels. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria, people who have purchased halal food and beverage products in the Alun-alun Trunjoyo Sampang area. The number of samples was 100 respondents. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that price has a negative effect on the demand for halal food and beverage products, while halal awareness and halal labels have a significant positive effect on the demand for halal products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of inclusive village policies in Bira Tengah Village, Sokobanah District. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The findings show that Bira Tengah Village has taken various significant steps to achieve inclusiveness, the village government is trying for all levels of society to participate in the development process in order to maintain the value of equality in the social realm, this can be seen from the inclusion of all levels of society in the preparation of village programs, infrastructure improvements, and increasing access to health services. However, although most of the Inclusive Village policies have been implemented, there are still obstacles in terms of socialization and regulation of the Law from the local government regarding the Inclusive Village Policy, this has caused several programs to not run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the survival strategies of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method. The selected informants are the keris craftsman coordinator and the owner of the keris craft industry. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation in the keris craft industry in Aeng Tong-Tong Village. In this study, data validity testing was used through source triangulation which was then analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results of the study indicate that the survival strategy of keris craftsmen in Aeng Tong-Tong Village utilizes assets or capital, including human capital, natural capital, financial capital, physical capital and social capital.
