The findings indicate fluctuations and significant declines in several financial ratios, such as Net Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). These declines may be attributed to decreased revenue, increased operational costs, and changes in consumer behavior due to the pandemic.
