Abstract

Abstract: The use of AHP as a Decision Support System Model Employee Recruitment Selection. The system was developed and built using the Microsoft Access and Visual Basic. Decision-making to determine whether the applicant is accepted or not based on some criteria set by the company. This study aims to assist HR manager in recruitment selection process in deciding which applicants will be accepted as an employee of the company by applying AHP model. Manager of comparing the value of the interests of test criteria, applying the pairwise comparison matrix in order to obtain the weight for each criterion criteria both local and global criteria. The decision to determine which applicants will be accepted as an employee of the company to determine the viability of the company itself, so that the necessary decisions right in the election, so that corporate objectives can be achieved. Selection decision support system applications hiring managers can use human resources to help determine which candidates will be accepted.

Abstract

Payment of Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan or abbreviated as SPP is a payment that is applied to every educational institution and has become the obligation of students to make SPP payments. One of them is at the Tahfizhul Quran Al-Imam Ashim Islamic Boarding School in Makassar. The system that is still used at the Tahfizhul Quran Al-Imam Ashim Islamic Boarding School Makassar still uses a manual system using a ledger in the data input process which is less effective so the process is required for inputting can be quite long. Manual systems can also have a bad impact on the input process, one of which is in the calculation section, in this case, not a few financial managers experienced this incident, this incident can cause problems in managing school management. Therefore, before this happens, the research team hopes to provide a solution to this problem, by suggesting using this web-based Payment Donation Information System to overcome this problem. The method used in this case is the waterfall developer method, Simple Additive Weighting, and Black Box Testing Method. Data collection techniques use qualitative techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature reviews. This information system has been designed according to the data we collect so that it can be used effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja website Telkom Access menggunakan Pingdom Tools. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan akses, waktu respon server, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil analisis menyoroti pentingnya kecepatan akses halaman website dan waktu respon server dalam mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna. Selain itu, diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja website, antara lain optimasi gambar, penggunaan caching, dan peningkatan infrastruktur server. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pemantauan terus menerus untuk memastikan kinerja optimal website Telkom Access untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efisien.
