Abstract

Income and expense recording applications play an important role in helping individuals and organizations manage finances efficiently. This research aims to design and develop a digital-based application that can record the flow of incoming and outgoing funds easily, quickly and accurately. This application provides main features such as transaction recording, expense categories, financial reports, and data visualization in graphical form for analysis. The development methodology uses a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, which includes the application design, development and testing stages. The implementation results show that this application can increase the accuracy of financial recording by up to 90% compared to manual methods. With a user-friendly interface and support for notification features, this application also makes it easy to control the budget and encourages better financial management habits. This research concludes that financial recording applications can be an effective solution in helping users achieve their financial goals.
