This paper discusses the influence of leadership style on the performance of subordinates in an organization, which in this case uses the theory of the charismatic leadership that has a leader characterized by motivation, has high self-confidence, has a clear mission and can socialize it to his subordinates, is ready to face risks, and is ready to make dicisions. The charismatich leadership style applied by a leader will affect the performance of subordinates. Performance is a result that is expected by everyone involved in an organization, including leaders. Therefore, leaders must have a leadership style that can build good performance and result in accordance with what is expected and in accordance with organizational goals. In conducting this research, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that uses various eksting sourches, such as books, journals, and other sources as needed in this study. This study aims to fins out hoe the performance of students of the faculity of Christian culture and Leadership, using the theory of charismatich leadership style and trying to find out what the effect of charismatich leadership is on the performance of the management, especially subordinates.
